I love the lobby. The staff were all extremely nice. The food was all great and the night cap was great. I did not like the fact that it took over 2 hours and me asking 3 times for a crib before we got it. I do not like that there was no bathtub in my premium 2 room suite when i had a baby with me. We also paid $30 extra for the premium suite per night. When i got there we asked what the difference was between the premium and the regular 2 room suite. They told us it was the snack tray. When we had our room replenished for our next night they initially did not restock the snack tray. We asked why and they said it only gets done for our first night. I thought that was strange since we were paying the upgraded price for 2 nights. That meant $60 for chips candy and drinks for one night. I was bothered by that, but when we came back later that night they had gone in and replenished everything, so they did make it right but again we had to ask for it. The rooms were nice and clean but could use some nicer furnishings. Overall it isn't a bad place to stay but i have stayed in nicer Embassy suite hotels and think i will stick with my usual one in the future which is over at the Dallas market one.

The next morning we left to do some activities and when we came back we were locked out of our room (the original booking for 2 nights). We were accused of not checking out by the correct check out time of 11. The staff member that had helped my husband book an additional room for the one night hadnsomehow changed the entire reservation for our original room to reflect us leaving a day early. We spent 45 minutes in the lobby unable to get into the room I had already paid for upfront because of their mistake. We were told the manager would call us later that day to ensure everything was taken care of. We never received a call. I was completely disappointed with their handling of this situation. Never did we ask to completely change our reservation we simply wanted one more room for the first night. To add to it all my name was the only one on the reservation and they completely changed all my stuff without my consent to do so (my husband and I have completely different last names). Checkout on our final day was a mess because of all of this too. Mistakes happen and I understand that but some of their staff definitely need more customer service training as their handling of the whole situation was awful.

The lady employee was on the phn and she had apprved the guest on the phn for a late chevkout. There was another customer in the front of me who the lady employee approved for laye chevkput. I went up to the trainee and ask for late checkout. He had to get it approved by the lady employee and she looked at me and said no. She had approved about 20 late checkouts already and she wasn't going to approve anymore. Then the trainee charged my ctedot card when i specifically stated during check in, i wanted to pay by cash. He told the lady employee what he had done. She did something to the computer and said she reversed the transaction. He took the $330 cash but now my bank is holding the same $330 from the previous transaction they done. If my bank don't release my money today, i will take thos matter to the corporate office

Hotel and staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and so were the snacks and drinks. Embassy is amazing.

Easy check in, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only complaint was the condition of the bathtub. Peeling paint inside the tub. Also, faucet control was a little finicky.

Ellis was awesome! And manager was welcoming and engaged in hotel operations throughout stay. You can tell they have a high standard of excellence!

I stay at embassy suites a lot but this one didn't have the usual breakfast buffet. I had to stand in line for over 20 minutes and didn't even order an omelette. I was just wanting scrambled eggs and bacon but had to wait behind 15-20 in line just to get them. Unless you have extra time for waiting in line you're out of luck. They need to have the buffet like all others have. The second morning I was just wanting oatmeal and it was empty too, I ended up having cold cereal like most of the cheap hotels have.

I thought the hotel looked great from the outside but as we got in, construction was taking place all over the inside lobby area. That was a problem. I wanted to use the hot tub but the area outside of it was really cold and construction material was left on the floor.. Did not want to get anything in my foot...

My wife and I stayed here on a last minute trip to Dallas. The stay was great... Only downfall was we wish we couldve stayed longer..

I’m sure our entire hotel staff enjoyed catering to your needs a much as you enjoyed your stay. We were expected a renovation 2021 until Covid hit last year.
