Horrible customer service. No cleaning stagf

No room service!!!!!! I could of stay somewhere near convenient stores for things I needed! People are more exposed going from room to the lobby!

Hotel was very clean!!! This is extremely important to me.

I enjoyed the rooms were updated and very comfortable. Since I had a rental, I didn’t use the shuttle. I enjoyed how close it was to the airport, especially flying out in the early morning.

It was close to the airport and also has a bar and restaurant.

Great place would highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean newly remodeled. The staff is welcoming and courteous

Nice hotel but trash by ice machine wasn’t dumped or wiped down daily nor did the ice machine work. Also housekeeping was only every 3 rd day which is ok but they should have a method of a request form to leave out so that if you need cups or towels before the three days I could be easily refreshed.

Great room! Clean! Modern. Pleasurable experience with staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for my next trip to Dallas.

Everyone was great amidst the COVID situation. Room was awesome and shuttle service was much appreciated.

As of right now, the experience has had some ups and downs. Checking in was not as pleasant as I would have liked. The receptionist made it seem like we were inconveniencing him since we had our reservation through a third party. As a member of the Marriott bonvey, I did not realize the account could not be connected to the hotel when I bought my flights through Orbitz. The receptionist then commented that he was not even sure they would have a double bed room available because the hotel was never notified what was going on. Overcall, it was several unnecessary comments to a very tired client who landed at 10 pm expecting a warm welcome. Saturday morning the next door room had the radio very loud that it woke up my daughter at 5 am while doing their hair. I understand it was not the fault of the hotel but it was still very frustrating when we checked in to an unpleasant welcome. Room service each time has been nice but they forgot a few items that I'll check to see if it was charged when I check out. Upon checking out, the room service issue could not be addressed. The front desk pushed my concerns away citing that only the rest manager could handle it, and then when I spoke with the rest, there was no manager on site to address the concerns. I am not sure how there could be no manager We are getting ready to check out soon but I would like to have these items addressed. I'm sure you have several clients who come through weary and tired expecting a pleasant experience.
