Great overall environment.

Nice room, very clean. Hotel looked quite new.

Not as clean as I was expecting it to be. The parking, internet, and breakfast were not included like other Marriott hotels.

The BOX lunch format fir room service is not only disappointing and tacky, but far beneath the standard of excellence identified in the MARRIOTT brand. Please please discontinue this sub-par practice.

Great hotel! They had some construction going on so during the day it was a bit noisy. Other than that it was a very nice place!

Stayed at many hotels from 3 star to 5 star. From doormen, to front desk, to management, to room to room staff and restaurant staff...it was perfection!! Which is rare that all employees would be on point so much...thank you to all of you and behind the scenes training staff.

Dallas had a national cheerleading competition. 23,000 kids, moms and dads. You knew it would be busy. You knew you were almost full. You also booked an Ex-NFL Player banquet in the middle of all this on Sat. You were understaffed, your service was slow. Everything was poorly prepared and late. The best guys you had were the car parkers. I sat outside and watched a ballet of moving people and cars and happiness and anger from the guests and your guys nailed it. One guy in particular over three days I thought went above and beyond. Nehamya. (Bad spelling)

Speedy check in and great staff. The room was clean and had a great view of the city.

I was pleased with everything at the Dallas Marriott City Center. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Check-in was immediate - no lines or hassles. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. I usually don't sleep well the first night or two in a hotel, but I had no trouble this time! The room had a nice working desk, a great flat screen TV, mini-fridge, coffee pot, small safe for valuables, etc. - all the amenities I needed. And it was quiet! No noise from the adjacent rooms, or hallway. They had a small business center with computers for printing documents or accessing email, etc. I needed to print, sign and scan a document, and could do everything but the scanning at the business center. The hotel staff scanned and emailed the documents to me ASAP. Very attentive and helpful! The breakfast bar was great - lots of choices, great fresh fruit, and omelets made to order. The location was great, adjacent a small shopping mall / office complex. And it was within walking distance or short cab ride of dozens of great restaurants.

Our room was quite tired and dated but clean which was the most important thing. We also faced the mall which meant our room was extremely dark.

Great Experience! Would definitely stay here again!

The bed of course is wonderfully comfortable. My husband is usually up at 7 on the weekends, but the room was so dark he slept until 10 am! Great late-night eats--we ordered a hamburger at midnight when we got back from a concert. Room is adequate and clean. Has a fridge but no microwave. Tried to make a cup of coffee in the morning but someone had stolen a vital piece of the coffee maker so we couldn't.

The hotel is very nice however we stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. Had to ask three times for towels. Other than that it was ok. I would not pay full value for this hotel.

I have stayed at this Marriott three times now (twice for business and once after a wedding), and I have always been pleased with my stay. Currently under renovation, but it does not interfere with your stay. The only reason I noticed was because I had stayed there before the changes started -- otherwise, you'd never notice there were renovations going on behind the scenes.

We had to wait in line for half an hour before we were about to check in. While the rooms and staff were very nice; the TV was very static-y and the hotel itself was very musty. For the four days we stayed at the hotel, the parking ramp charged us a total of $46. There are no discounts or anything special for guest who stay at the hotel... So look carefully for a cheaper parking place!
