Our only issue was the availability to get food. There were certain times that there was not a restaurant open. The best restaurant at the facility was also the smallest and hardest to get into.

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years and have always enjoy the staff and the beach. We love to snorkel and have seen so many great wild life in this area. The rooms are getting a little run down and need some upgrading but are fine for as little time as we spend in it. There still needs to be some work on the quality of food and all the restaurants being open but with the pandemic and them being short staffed it is understandable. All in all we had a fantastic time. How can you complain when you're in paradise!!

Failure to provide room type reserved. Food was mediocre at best. Folks would promise one thing and provide something different. Vacation Club staff was intrusive into our experience.(Don't fall for the "90 minute" presentation!!)

From check in we were always being harassed to go to breakfast to visit another resort. Didn’t even get 10 mins in before some timeshare style presentation was being pushed on us. They tried to sell us coupons and fake resort money. Then Alex said to me please remember my name because I work on commission. We asked to change rooms because the jacuzzi on the balcony did not work. It didn’t even have a pump and the maintenance person was confused when he discovered there was no pump. They finally got the jacuzzi working on day 3 of our visit. There were no drinks over at our pool just at one bar near the lobby. Music was bizarre and they even played some Christmas music in March. One person stepped on glass at the pool and the group asked for help and the resort employee walked away. We asked someone if there was a way to deliver drinks to the pool and they said they would send a waiter. And never did. The bar on the beach was also closed and a couple who was being pitched to do the breakfast by a guy in a green shirt noted that they were surprised it was closed as well. Only can walk halfway across the resort to get a drink at an ALL INCLUSIVE. Only 3 restaurants open out of 7. Construction and sulfur smell everywhere. No room service. Constant harassment about going to a pitch breakfast. Even when on the beach they would find you to try to pressure you to attend their "breakfast". Had to leave the resort to enjoy our time in Cozumel.Would not stay here again or recommend it.

We bought airport ground transportation and it never showed. I will be contacting Orbitz’s for a refund. Please save your money and buy a 7 dollar ticket for a shuttle once you land.

Needed more food options.

This was our 14th stay at Sunscape Sabor which says it all! We love the staff, location and view of the ocean couldn't be any better. Its a home away from home for us!

The stay was great. We were initially given the incorrect rooms but they took care of it quickly and gave us the suite that we originally paid for. The activities were a blast and you receive paddle boards, snorkel, kayak rental for free with your stay. The activities team Heyde and Brian were great! Looking forward to coming back again. The facility is currently under construction so there is some loud construction noise on some areas just an fyi. It should be completed soon and can't wait to see the new look!

I didn’t find the hotel nobody answer the phone so enjoyed the energy to sleep in the hotel go to other hotel and pay more money

The pandemic limited my rating. While the hotel made our trip safe and germ-free, the cost was that not all amenities were available and restaurants had to adapt. A little bit more variety on the menus would have been better. Orher than that, staff is pleasant and the location of the hotel is great.

Pretty beach, room was adequate but needs updating as all the fixtures were pitted and the shower was spraying everywhere. Needs a better choice for meals, change the menu, breakfast could be drastically improved on. I got what I paid for, all the rest and relaxation I needed, too. Was clean, bed was decent and great weather. Not a high end resort but got some space from people too.
