Ocean view room was great. For the price of an all-inclusive, it's a pretty good deal

The air conditioning was not working properly.

All of the rooms have a beautiful ocean view.

The rooms were very nice. Facilities, beach, views and locaton great. The food in the buffets was awful!!! There was no selection and it tasted terrible. You can order food off a menu but it took a least an hour to get it and it was not much better. I ordered a hamburger from the snack bar about 2:00 and they were already out. They brought me a pizza that was terrible. They used velveeta for the cheese. Yuk!!! The breakfast buffet had little choices. Ham was the only meat choice. I ordered a sit down breakfast. It took an hour to get. I got pancakes and bacon. They brought me 2 tiny pieces of bacon. The sit down restuarant at night was very good. We ate there every night and went into town for breakfast & lunch. I got a shot of tequilla at one of the bars an it tasted like half water. I stuck to beer after that. You cant water down beer easily. The pools and beach were very nice. However, the are no umbrellas anywhere. There was a small amout of shade on the beach. Over all you could not get out of the sun. I'm only giving it a 3 because the rooms, facilities, and sit down dinners were very nice. We will go elsewhere next year.

I felt that the liquor was watered down. Didn't enjoy Any of the drinks that I ordered...even the doubles.

The staff was amazing! Especially Santiago and Angel, they were awesome, doing all they could to be helpful! I was glad we had yetis, as they definitely keep them full. The rooms don’t cool off a lot, so a fan in the room was wonderful! The grounds are continually being cleaned and well maintained. We were planning our next stay on our way home!

We arrived at the resort, and got in line to check in. The process was tedious, and took about an hour and a half waiting in the lobby for our turn to register. We tried to grab drinks at the bar, but were turned away due to not being registered and having a wristband. We checked into the room which was nice sized, but the TV remote did not work, and the curtains did not close. Also we encountered an issue with the room keys the first day that took 3 trips to the desk and visits from maintenance to determine the battery in the key reader was dead. Restaurants- there was one buffet one which also had a menu to order from. The wait time for ordering off the menu was about an hour to an hour and a half. There were no snacks or kid friendly food on the buffet, so we had to order hot dogs and pizza off the menu for my 6 year old. Having a hungy 6 year old wait 90 minutes for a hot dog is not fun. The waiters in here were very overwhelmed. We had to head to the bar ourselves to obtain any beverages. Then on our last day there, the bar decided to only supply two drinks per person, so I had to drag my wife or kid with me to get the other drink. The reservation restaurant was a safe bet if you could get in. Decent food and service here. Overall this resort has a lot of potential, but until these issues are addressed there are plenty other nice all inclusives in cozumel.

Great staff and plenty to do with the kids and family. Incredible snorkeling right at property in water protected by a jetty. Picturesque grounds with an impressive swimming pool. Some updating to the rooms would help the experience… but we didn’t spend our time there. Food average but pretty good at the indoor restaurant that required a reservation. Can’t beat the value at this place. Tip the service. They work very hard and can’t be getting paid much.

The big draw of this resort is the beautiful beach and wonderful pools for swimming. The resort is very dated and the lack of adequate dining is very felt. There is only one nice restaurant that you have to be at the concierge's desk before 8am to get a reservation. The rest of the meals are served in an rancho styled building with palm thatching for the roof. Unfortunately, it leaked profusely and the netting against the birds was pretty much useless, so you had to keep a close eye on your plate. Service was pretty good here during the day but less than adequate at night. Many of the facilities don't have enough traction to avoid slipping and falling when wet. We saw a waiter fall and break a lot of dishes and then I fell on the bridge over the pool and cracked three ribs falling down the stairs. Rooms were large and adequate, air conditioning could have been colder and safes look like their from 50's. The biggest problem at this resort is consistency. From the food to the housekeeping, you never knew what kind of service you would get. Food sometimes was excellent and sometimes very bland. The maid forgot to leave us water at least 3 times and didn't even clean our room one day. As well, I was charge $100 as a hold against drinking some fine wine (I don't drink) and then was later refunded only $99.99 since they said they needed to keep a penny. Strange. This hotel has a very kind and pleasant staff, but needs a better company and hotel.

The hotel is nice. The room was older but clean. All the staff were great. Always so friendly and accommodating.

Manager "Daniel" or "David"?? (sorry) was fabulous. I have a disability and I made a request online regarding the room and he not only accommodated me he checked on my satisfaction every time he saw me. He's a keeper!! The ONLY small thing: provide more bottled water (even though I know you can ask for it)

Staff was very nice, Gabriel from house keeping, very accommodating and super professional. Gabriel muchas gracias. Eddie

Very helpful staff. The rooms were humid and beds are a little bit hard.

Great staff. Nice location and good food overall.

great location on the beach. friendly helpful staff. nice food plating in this covid era.

The staff is so nice and friendly. Lots of things to do, good food and excellent drinks.
