Terrible hotel, roaches everywhere, no heater no AC. Terrible overall. Orbitz needs to be more selected with it comes to advertising these type of hotels.

Dated rooms, HVAC system does not function properly creating a rattling noise, and room odor is strong of smokers or mold. Overall, slept almost nothing for the one night I was spending there and I needed to be up at 4am for a marathon I was running the next morning. Couldn't wait to leave room because it was just overall bad.

Very poor quality, very bad conditions,

Good stays for price

The hotel was in a nice part of town. I was pleased overall with my stay. There was fast freeway access to I-405. Thick double curtains help keep room dark for better-quality sleep. Phone in room. TV, Coffee maker, alarm clock, microwave, refrigerator. Good desk and comfortable chair to allow me to work in the room. Decent neighbors. Clean bathroom and toilet. Had a slightly musty smell to the room. Lots of parking. Internet worked well: fast and reliable. Great bedding: clean and comfortable. The bathroom light went out during my stay, but that was not a big issue. I would definitely go back.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid. The room smelled like smoke and was dirty.

The Costa Mesa location is getting out of control. I stay at this location all the time. The amount of roaches I've seen has gotten worst and worst. I stayed there this week for 2 nights and the first thing I noticed was a dead roach on the be bathroom floor. I then saw one in the shower, on the sink, and several in the bed room. The final straw was when I was getting out of bed in the middle of the night and one crawled over my foot.

The worse hotel that I saw in my life. Terrible reception, terrible rooms, terrible coffee, the ac don’t work, bad smell.

Great location. Ask for upgraded room in front with wood finishing!

Staff friendly and courteous! Clean rooms. Quiet place to stay.

This is an older budget motel. However, I was really impressed with how clean it was, and they clearly work hard to keep the place maintained. I’d stay again.

Easy check in to a clean and comfortable room. Very nice pool and hot tub area! Nice people.

Cigarette burn holes in sheets, small TV and lack of TV guide. But for the price it was nice, mostly quiet, close to many convenient great food places, and a very comfortable bed.
