When we checked in they assigned us to a room that was already occupied. They only had one other equivalent room which was on the top floor. As it was late when we checked in we didn’t mind. The room had not been cleaned in quite sometime, there were not blankets on the beds, and no towels. The room had not been vacuumed, there was a used bandaid in the shower, the TV remote was physically broken, the closet rack was falling off the wall. When we went down to ask for assistance with these things the front receptionist was very kind and obviously overwhelmed. She did not have maintenance or housekeeping available to assist us, no blankets were available, and the only towels available were hand towels (no bath or wash rag). There were only hand bar soaps available and 1/4 toilet paper roll. She could not move us to another room as no other rooms were available. I’m not sure if there was an event being held or just Friday night traffic but other patrons were so loud and could easily be heard in our room over our white noise. The outdoor pool was also closed because of covid - which was not stated during reservation.

Rooms were not clean. Bathroom had dried urine on toilet seat, Sinks were clogged, garbage was under the bed, the shower was dirty, and linens dirty.

The staff was extremely nice! However, there was a major leak along one side of my bed from the air conditioner. Also, the hot breakfast was very little and long waits to get anything at all so on the second day of my stay I decided to just buy breakfast somewhere else. I am used to the room being taken care of when paying for more than one night and that was not done at all. Housekeeping did not take empty the trash in my suite and I had to go to the front desk to request additional bath towels. For these reasons I really feel that at least a partial refund should have been given for having to buy breakfast elsewhere and for housekeeping not at least doing a light cleaning of the room and emptying the trash but since the staff was super nice and friendly, I would give it another chance when I am in the area.
We do appreciate your understanding and willingness to try us again. We are still providing limited services for guest staying 3 plus nights upon request the night before.

Staff not friendly.Room dirty,sheets were dirty,couch was dirty.Had to ask for sheets and blankets and they act like they didn’t wanna give us any.Elevator was nasty.Pool was closed.Throw the whole hotel away!!

The room was nice but we had to be moved to a different room because we killed two roaches. Then the staff wasn’t professional. We were told that they had breakfast just to find out that they wasn’t doing the complimentary breakfast at the moment. The pillows had yellow stains and some of the staff didn’t know much.

You are not told about a 150.00 hold on your credit card first off. The amnesties we not only closed but under construction which does not reflect on the website's and when asked why all the manager states is that she doesn't know. Room was not cleaned properly and staff is not educated. Witnessed other's having multiples issues with no resolution as well. Will not stay here again
