The only good I can say is the Hotel has a beautiful location. Conneaut Lake is very beautiful and peaceful. The hotel itself is very old, our room was small. Bed was against the wall on one side! Pillows were sooo flat. First room we received only had a free standing old tub. So I requested a room with a shower. Was then told they were sorry, we were put in the $69.00 room and we had paid for the $99.00 room. Get to our new room and the only difference was the tub had walls around it. Handle almost came off during shower. Free breakfast is 2 loaves of bread a toaster, juice, milk and tiny boxes of cereal. My juice didn’t taste right and had to spit out. Went to a diner uptown. I hate to say it, but it should be tore down along with the abandon looking amusement park located adjacent. Would be a beautiful site for a new conference center on the water. We only live 40 minutes from here and thought it would be an interesting get a way. Interesting for sure. I don’t recommend it. Dinner was good from the Spirits lounge/bar, we sat outside on the porch as we ate. But the roof of the porch is falling apart. And the back entrance stairs to the wing our room was in, smelled horrible. Sorry for such a bad review.

The only positive i have is the overnight staff. The girl working the front desk in the middle of the night into sunday morning was wonderful. The blonde that came into relive her has a bad attitude and on top of it served molded bagels for breakfast. Location is nice along the water

This hotel has a lot of old style charm. But, our room had torn wall border, spots on the rug, and marks on the walls where things once hung.

The place is very old so don't expect fancy but it is quaint, has a great view of the lake and park. Staff is friendly. Our family has been coming here for almost 80 years so we are so glad to see it making a comeback with upgrades happening all the time.

Everything.the beautiful historic building.the park and the beach with the tiki bar and d.j.i just loved being there cant wait to go back.

Location was great.Dock Space was Available weekend entertainment was lively

Loved the old time setting! The staff was absolutely horrible!!
