Wonderful staff!! Very friendly and helpful. A great stay.

It was ok. Need some updates. But would definitely stay there again.

It was very quiet, didn't really hear anything from other rooms.

The check process was long due to just one person at the desk, although the person was polite nothing was explaned as to what they offered what was included in the room etc. we weren't even given our complimentary cookies at check-in. I had to mention it at check out. The worse for me was the shower experience. It was a roll-in shower and it was messy and made showering difficult and awkward. Even if I did need it, it would have still have been a mess to deal with. Water went everywhere outside the shower just wasn't relaxing or pleasant at all!!!! Then we paid for a hot breakfast as advertised, but received a cold continental breakfast which wasn't appealing at all!!!

Thursday night and Friday night wasn’t bad, Saturday night my buddy had some type of bug crawl over him so we checked under the mattress under his bed was the smoke detector and under my bed was a crack pipe. We got one night free and they moved us rooms on the last night..

BED BUG!!! We checked into our room on Sat 3/12/21. As we were laying down, my son noticed a bug crawling on the bed. After closely examining the bed and RECORDING it with my phone. BED BUG!! So disgusted!! Connected the front desk. They did move us to another one and was told the manager will take care of a portion of our bill in the am. After speaking with the manager. I was told to email my video and someone will contact me. I will NEVER stay at another Double Tree

The parking lot on the side was full of ice. We had to make several trips to the front desk to get new keys as the keys kept going out.

The keys to the room was a little confusing. Also as a pet friendly place, maybe a designated pet area for bathroom breaks. And bowls for dog food and water. Otherwise extremely pleaeed

The staff were nice but my room smelled like pot and I kept seeing all night from the room.

The room smells so bad smoking and the bed sheets too I don’t think they change it

There was trash under the bed and i couldnt close the curtains. Too much light. Drunk people outside yelling.

The rooms are very itchy. They don't dust enough.
