Nice hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely nice. Pool was nice. The shower was awesome. It was a great place to stay!

Staff was friendly and attentive. We had some problems with our television and they were quick to move us to a new room.

Rowdy people staying up till 6am on the 3rd floor we were staying on no bags in garbage cans . The employees very nice when we got in and very helpful.

The pool was closed as well as the bar and restaurant. The site says pet friendly but when you get there they tell you they won't take a dog over 50 lbs and they charged me $50 pet fee for cleaning which also was not mentioned

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!!! I had stayed at a Delta hotel before so thought it would be a nice place. The hallways are old and in need of paint. The toilet leaked in my room and there were roaches. I was changed to another room and it wasn't much different. The A/C was very loud and had mold. I was too tired to change rooms again so just made the best of it. By morning the entire room smelled of sewage and mold. I went downstairs to try and get breakfast and the entire downstairs smelled like sewage. The elevator was broken so I had to climb the stairs back to the top floor. I called and spoke with Lecretia after I left and she said that I would be refunded but I had to call Orbitz and get them to call her. Then she denied the refund to Orbitz. I have made numerous calls to the hotel and to Marriott customer service and they will not refund me because they said I didn't tell them about the second room while I was there. I was traveling for work and too tired to do so and knew that a third room probably would not be any better. I have been sick since I stayed in the room with sinus and lung issues. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed!!!!!

Room given to me was not very clean, toilet non functional, refrigerator non functional, AC unit full of dust. Neighboring room aggressively fighting with spouse beginning early morning, woke me and family up in the early am hours. 6 doors down from me, some one was parting, they were very loud and was able to smell heavy alcohol when I walked by. Hotel had a very bad odor, understood it is under rehab with new owner ship, Marriott. I made a complaint early Sunday morning, 9/8/2019. Was told a supervisor will be calling me but as of yet no one has called. On line this hotel has a 4 Star rating, its actually 1 Star, its horrible, dirty, clientele is much to be desired !!!! Everyone and Anyone stays there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, IF ITS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS !!!!!!!

The property was nice on first arrival, but once on the doors it was demolished. Everything is ripped up, dented and dirty. The rooms are supposed to be just remodeled but tv doesn't work once it is turned off, shower curtain is so short water floods the floors and the tile floors are very dirty. There is no restaurant as it is under construction. The best part about the hotel was there wasn't anyone at it so it was very quiet, the staff was so nice, and the only food they did serve was great. That is burgers and chicken wings... Good stuff. I was very disappointed for the price we paid. If it was $60 for a night, that would be good not $150.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel room was clean and had all of the normal accommodations. It is being renovated so there were no pictures in the common areas of the hotel. The common areas looked sterile. I only stayed overnight. It met my needs very well. Had a lot of different TV channels. The shower was great. I would stay there again.

Check-in staff was very courteous and attentive. Night manager was very professional.

Hotel staff friendly, fast and easy check in, room was comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to utilize many amenities as we were only passing through. We really only needed to shower and get a good nights sleep, and this property delivered. On par with other Holiday Inns.

This was a late night stop on our way to Savannah. Looked on Orbitz to find a place to get some sleep and a shower for the next day & decided that we could pick a cheaper rate, but decided we can't go wrong with a Holiday Inn. Was totally disappointed to see that the ceiling on the bathroom & a few spots in the room had black mold. There was a lot in the bathroom, really a lot! Very discouraging, especially once we get to Savannah & stay at a much cheaper hotel and have a perfect stay! Would not recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed staying. Everyone at the front desk was great! And the housekeepers were amazing and very kind!

Nice hotel where we had to arrive late and get up early to be on our way. Good and quick breakfast.

Since this was a last minute trip and I stayed at the Blythewood location last time, I wanted to try this location which was right off the freeway and close to everything from gas, food and a Walmart a half a block down. The room and staff were AWESOME! got checked in an hour before check time, staff was informative and very nice and the room was immaculate. Will stay again when returning

Nice hotel. Housekeeping acceptable for easily seen portions of room, but not cleaned behind night stand (plastic trash, deodorant tops) or dresser (dirty athletic sock). Large portions for hot breakfast.
