Entire property needs attention. Fire alarms hanging out of walls. Ceiling tiles broken. Carpets nasty. Bedding poor quality. Advertises breakfast but didn’t even have coffee. Had to ask for in room coffee.. housekeeper was very pleasant and tried to help.

As I drove up on the property there was trash in the parking lot the Front door to the lobby was locked there was a sign saying that someone would meet me outside with paperwork due to Covid the lobby was closed there was no continental breakfast the room had trash in the floor dust on the lamps curtains were ripped pillows were ripped. the room smelled musty and old bathroom had mold in it

We booked a room for 4 nights and it said there would be breakfast served. That was false the lobby was cut off, only to get to the elevator to find your room after that you had to you the side door. We checked in saturday night so when we went out and came back our key did not work and had to go back down stairs to have them reset the key. We did this Saturday,Sunday,and Monday. We went to work Monday when we came back the room was never cleaned and no fresh towels and trash not emptied. I went back down stairs after them just having the key reset to get fresh towels. I told the receptionist about it and they had house keeper sitting there in the lobby. She asked did i want to have the house keeper come up to clean. It was late, i told her no just towels so we could take a shower and go to sleep. Same thing happend the very next day. This place had no microwave in the room, no breakfast being served, and room was never cleaned. I was still $340.00 after all of this, we will never stay at Baymont again.

.Convenient parking, walls are pretty sound proof so you don't hear your noisy neighbors..but needs basic repairs, had patching on walls but never completed repairs, bathroom could use caulking, floor needs cleaned we had a huge sticky spot on the floor no one cleaned up.

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed. Maid service...jeez, coulsnt even take the trash out or give us towels. Never agin.

Carpet was pulled up halfway down 2nd floor hallway, room was dirty and had damage on walls and beds. Overall not a place I would have my children sleep. The floor seemed to say as we walked in the hallway. There was garbage and damaged furniture pieces in the stairwell. The person working said they had no available clean rooms and we could find another place to stay or they would correct in the morning. We drove 25 minutes away for a different cleaner hotel.

Pretty quiet place. Very friendly staff, permitted early check in. Close to restaurants and highways.

Honestly for $178 this hotel was not worth it. It was dirty. Not just the rooms but the halls, elevators, stairwell, vents. It was more like a $49.99 hotel... very disappointing.
