Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a no-frills hotel that suited us very well. Very quiet the nights we were there. Close to many restaurants and Walmart. Would stay there again.

My decent review comes with a few qualifiers. First, hotel property cleanliness in general has taken a steep decline in recent years, and if you know that going in, and keep the blinders on until you get to the room, only judge your sleeping quarter and bathroom cleanliness from here on out. And this is what I did, which is one reason I gave a good rating for this hotel stay even though the premises was not good and had loitereers. (I believe the reason for hotel property cleanliness decline is related to the rec marijuana law which has resulted in a greater sense of purposelessness in people and they are not as other conscious). But room cleanliness is not the only reason for giving a decent rating. My first night was a disaster, when a redneck family with tubby, negligent kids was put in right next to me and the noise was constant; I couldn't imagine the creativity in different types of noises possible from human beings. I and a host of others complained and the family was kicked out the next night. I was seriously considering breaking my contract, and going somewhere else when the seemingly stoic, unconcerned front desk attendant Carissa went to work for me on my behalf and gave me a really quiet, clean and spacious room for the rest of my stay. It made the difference as I usually don't sleep well on the first few nights in a new place, no matter the environment. But I did sleep, and after all those thoughts of despair and how I'm going to endure more nights like the fir

It was very nice

My first night there I was in a room on the 3rd floor that had an adjoining door, but we were separate customers. I could hear every single word they were talking about. They were up all night laughing, talking, being loud, volume up on the TV. In the morning, I complained and was moved to the second floor. That room also had an adjoining door. However, the room next door could not be booked because it was down for maintenance issues. The room I was in (#211) was not clean. I have photo's. There was black hair everywhere (long and short hair). The linoleum floor was dirty. There were cigarette butts in the crevices of the door. There was no parking in the motel parking lot. Yuck! I will never stay there again!!

This hotel is disgusting and not kid friendly. Drug use and one of our new truck tires was slashed

Everything was good clean rooms staff friendly good prices on line

It was a great view and easy access to shopping and food spots within walking distance..ttaff was friendly and helpful with any questions i had..i would certainly consider staying at this location in my future travels to Colorado Springs..

Definitely served it's purpose. Basic bed and bathroom, nothing special. My door didn't close completely and you can literally hear everything outside. Wouldn't recommend staying more than 2 nights.

It was very economical but the walls were incredibly thin. I could hear every movement or voice in the next room and had to smell all of their pot.

Really enjoy staying here. I have made it my go to spot! Clean AMAZING view and close to food!

The view from my room was amazing! The staff was super nice

First and foremost I am 4 months pregnant. I requested for a NON SMOKING ROOM. I entered my room and it smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette buds on the floor. And when requested for a room change the whole facility was booked. I paid 49.00 for a room that I couldn’t even sleep comfortably in. Because of the smell that reeked through the whole room.

Great rates- Motel 6 is ol reliable- quiet and comfortable

Every staff member was attentive and pleasant. The room was well cleaned.

It was cool and chill for the price but they need some breakfast or something
