The lady that checked me in was friendly, we had a casual conversation about the cardinals game. The back entrance smelled like pot smoke.

Dirtiest hotel room ever. Bathroom door covered in green mold. Cancelled second night over concerns for our health. I have stayed in cleaner hotels in third world countries. Absolutely disgusting

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in! There was dog hair everywhere. The carpet on the stairs and down the hallway was stained black from dirt and filth. The carpet in one of our rooms was torn up by the door from a dog. The safety latch was ripped off of that door. The bathroom in the other room hadn't been cleaned prior to our stay; there was hair from someone shaving all over the sink and toilet and there was hair all over in the shower. An employee mentioned that they were in the process of changing owners, so hopefully the new owners will do better. But as it is, I would never stay there again and I think it pretty much ruined me on ever staying at another Super 8.

Well placed convenient to restaurants and freeways. No effort on their part to assure I was comfortable.

Great room, but I was charged 300$ for a deposit (supposed to only be 100$) and I only got 100$ back not a happy camper right now.

We liked the price, but the service is subpar. Asked for replacement towels and wash cloths & was told to come to the reception desk & they would give us some. Then saw the cleaning man in the hall & he said he would take care of it. My wife even carried the soiled towels & stuff to the laundry chute. Guess what he didn't "take care of it." There has been no room service at all.

Staff was friendly besides one working, he bothered us for a cigarette and then still wanted one more, this happened right outside the entrance and seemed inappropriate. The room itself was not the best, the top of the fridge was dirty and rusty. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The switch to drain the tub was not working properly. Had no issues with anything else.

I got locked in the room I was assigned 304, and had to call the desk, maintenance came and after about 10 minutes finally got the door open. they were courteous and gave me a new room. But this should never happen!!

Beds were comfortable and room was a decent size. The shower's water pressure was weak and the free breakfast was very limited.

Pets were barking from other rooms throughout the night. Virtually sleepless night.

The hallway smelled like an ashtray. Pretty sure there was some prostitution action going on and the hair dryer almost caught on fire when I turned it on. Could not wait to get out of there.

Hotel room was quiet very convenient lots of food and shopping nearby easy access to downtown St Louis. Only complaint bed was too soft

Nice clean room. Although bathroom was handicap assessable. Shower was really nice but really needed a vanity instead of just white porcelain sink. Breakfast was very nice with good selections. I will stay here again.

the room was clean and staff were pleasant. Hotel was without power the next morning so there was a lot of noise in the hallway that woke us up really early. No breakfast due to no power. Hotel staff didn't know why the power was out.

The woman at the front desk, who I know has been there 4-5 yrs. was wonderful. She is always pleasant and ready to help you with hotel information or information about things in the area!

If you have heavy luggage, or have trouble with stairs, request a first floor room as there is no elevator. Location was convenient for I-70 travel.
