The property is older but clean. It is right on the trails for snowmobiling which is nice.

The snowmobile trail access was nice, but the rooms need to be severely updated and there was rust in the shower and it smelled very old and musty. The beds need to be bigger, we got a queen and there was no way it was a queen. The shower had gross wallpaper and the lights look like they came from the fifties. The chairs in there also rips in the seat part and were taped. The carpet was in need of updates as well.

Very clean room but hard to find staff members at times, but when you do they are very friendly. Not much for amenities, coffee in the morning and a ice machine. They have a full bar but no food. Very simple hotel for a area in New Hampshire where you shouldn’t be in the room unless you’re sleeping, you should out side enjoying the outdoors. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

The room was musty smelling. TV did not work. Just a place to sleep for the night.

3rd Stay at this location and am really doing it just for the golf course and location (very close to smuggler's notch). Keep in mind it's a very basic hotel with very basic facilities. Lots of ATVers during the summer. Still everyone is quite friendly and facilities are clean.

This is a great place to stay if you are snowmobiling. Park your sled right outside your door. Trails lead to Canada. No restaurant on property but nice places to eat in the area.

Basic Accommodations in Colebrook, convenient to Dixville Notch, Errol and other camping and hiking areas. We choose this location for the golfing which fine and a nice break after a long day of Kayaking or Rafting. If you don't care for Golfing, the other accommodations are minimum (there is a bar). Golf course is really just 9 holes with front 9 and back nine often duplicated.
