I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, with what i paid there should be, less expensive hotels have it. Ice macnine was not working in the summer ice is important

The view from the restraunt is amazing and the food is great. The smoke alarm went off multiple times after midnight. Couldn't get any sleep it was so loud between the alarm and doors slaming.

It was on the river. I had a great river view. Free breakfast was very good, it did take a lot of time from when we ordered to it being delivered. Waitress Elisha was great. The property interior needs massive updating. Bad carpet.

I stayed in the wheelchair accessible room 329. The bathroom did not have a vanity, just a pedestal sink, so it was very inconvenient to bring one item into the bathroom at a time, since there wasn't a place to set things. The mirror is the bathroom hangs at an alarming angle, and the toilet paper holder is broken. The toilet paper is instead balanced on a narrow ledge, and of course it fell off and rolled onto the ground. The mattress was comfortable, however, the sheets were pilly and very scratchy. They should have been replaced a few years ago. The price was very reasonable so you get what you paid for, I suppose.

The property was very run down. You could tell it was bought by a chain company and they just slapped a little bit of cosmetic lipstick to call it good. At the time of our check in I was informed there was a TV update, and staff told me it was in working condition. That was not the case. I attempted numerous times to fix the issue myself, because by the time staff offered to come to our room to help with the issues it was very late and my children where already asleep. The only good thing about our stay was the nice river view, but the experience itself was awful and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

They advertised a free, hot breakfast but when we arrived that was not available. Also espresso machine in lobby was broken, workout room was dirty, and there were no coffee makers in rooms - but always hot coffee/water in lobby.

Every single person who helped us at this hotel was AMAZING! Great bartenders, amazing food, fast and friendly check in and out. We will definitely be back for this fantastic service and beautiful view!

While lobby, lounge area, and restaurant were remodeled; rooms were in need of major upgrades. Location is great, right on the water and walking distance from the restaurants.

All of the staff was very nice. Everything was nice and clean. The hot tub was closed due to state regulations but the pool was open and not too cold.

We stayed here for our grandsons baseball tournament. It was a great location, many restaurants, gas stations etc. The hotel seemed well kept, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having a refrigerator is a must for us so having a sink, microwave (we didn’t use this) and the small refrigerator was great. The bed may have been a bit softer than my preference but everyone’s likes are different. Would definitely stay again. Side note, we didn’t have the breakfast offer but again, that is just our preference.

Good place to stay. Nice people were very accommodating.

I thought I booked a room with jacuzzi tub. Not the room I booked online. Hair in the regular tub, like someone washed a dog. When I went down stairs to use jacuzzi in pool room it was being closed because there was human poop at the bottom. No joke. Paid $250 bucks for a king room and was very disappointed.

We really didn't like the fact that you don't provide coffee makers in the room. To have to take a big walk in the AM just to get a cup of coffee is inconvenient to say the least. The bed was very comfortable, but the faucet dripped in our room and when I reported it to the staff they didn't apologize and gave me an indifferent "I'll report it" response. The AC goes off an on all night. The restaurant (which is independent of the hotel) had very good food. We had dinner there.
