The highway was a little loud, but we had a very nice stay. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was very well presented and plentiful. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.

Clean, safe area, spacious, a good location & a beautiful city

Very nice and roomy. Nice staff and easy parking too.

John at the front desk was so helpful and professional. We unexpectedly had to stay another day and he was able to accommodate us without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel!

This a great pet friendly hotel that was pretty clean. I had both a double queen room and a king suite room. My suite had a filthy windowsill but also a view facing an allergists office but there was a partial Mountain View which made for a gorgeous sunrise. We were in a wing where the rooms faced N/S so our room did not get hot with morning/afternoon sun. The AC worked super well and the beds were just dreamy (they’re beautyrest beds you can buy through beautyrest). The windowsill in the king room and the vent in the double queen room for the fan was completely filthy. The WIFI could use some help. We were on the second floor and I struggled to use my laptop as I wasn’t close enough to the router so either they need a booster or their equipment is super outdated. Take your Ethernet cable if you’re on business, the WiFi may not be reliable. The pool was open. It was also overrun with kids and no one was social distancing. There also no clean towels so after I showered off I had to walk back to my room soaking wet. Make sure you take a towel from your room just in case. The hot breakfast was self-serve. No waffles. No sausage. Everything was individually wrapped for you and you could toast or microwave. They had juice, milk, yogurt, cereal, pastries, English muffin, bagels, hard boiled egg, an egg and cheese omelette (microwave), and a breakfast burrito (microwave). I just grabbed fruit and a pastry one day and didn’t need much but the coffee

W hen I made the reservation I knew that check in was at 4 PM. I arrive to the hotel at 2:30 PM and asked if there was anyway I could check in early since I was already in the neighborhood. They told me that they were in the process of cleaning and prepping my room. To come back at 4 PM. Then I arrived back at 3:50 PM and they told me that they were just starting to clean my room. I finally got my room after 4:15 PM. But what I mainly realized was that they have flyers and a sign stating that they are reassigning guest rooms only every three days so that we knew that when you walk into your room it has been at least 72 hours since the last guest stay there. This was to prevent the Covid virus. But that’s not what happened. Either the room was dirty for 72 hours or they just gave us a used room. The lobby was full of people and I did not want to make a scene.

Welcomed by kind staff, clean hotel and clean room, comfortable beds.

The Comfort Inn was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is right off the highway for easy access and you really don't get highway noise. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. The first hotel I've been in that has a decent size flat screen tv(50") although it appeared to be in standard def, but at least I could see it. Nice clean, salt water pool and hot tub that the kids really enjoyed. All in all, I'd give it 4 stars for being clean, modern, very good breakfast, pool, nice size rooms and friendly staff.

Great location! Great hotel for a great price! Will stay here again.

Wonderful mattresses and pillows Very friendly staff

The rooms were so spacious and clean! The area was also quiet.

Shower. Needs more and larger shelves. Too much bending over for soap, shampoo etc.

Better than I expected. Very comfortable. The room smelled a little musty though.

Smelled like paint in the hallways. Sheets were stained. Continental breakfast was terrible. Neighboring facility had cars parked all night in the hotel parking lot, making parking difficult. Slow elevators. Marginal hotel adjacent to highway 90. Would not recommend.

The staff was extreamly friendly and professional in their duties.
