Great customer service everyone very friendly.

The location is great, especially if you have an early morning flight. The restaurant downstairs had good food and great service. My only complaint is that the bed did not have a bottom fitted sheet, but just a normal sheet. So if you move around in your sleep, you'll wake up in the middle of the night to be sleeping on the bare mattress.

The menu in the bar was truly terrible. Same old same old and the alternative was a fridge with stale wraps and drinks. No coffeemaker in the room, just very expensive coffee in the lobby. Staff was okay, nothing stood out and nothing was bad about them. Room was clean except for the carpets in the hall and room were pretty disgusting. All in all I won't be staying there again.

I really wished I could have written a more pleasant review, but please know the gal who checked us in was so kind and sweet, this is not a reflection of her 😉. It was disappointing to find out the pool was closed, as this was a selling point. The beds were pretty comfy, as were the towels. I realize this is an airport hotel, but I didn’t realize we would hear car alarms going off at all hours of the night/morning. The breakfast and morning staff could have tried a little harder to be friendly. The waitress was not in the best mood, as she did have about 5 tables she was dealing with. When she approached us, she said it would be a few minutes until she could get to us. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink. A couple minutes later she answered the phone and took an order. If you must eat here, we highly recommend ordering food from your room and pick it up at the restaurant, especially if you are on a schedule. We do not recommend the breakfast, as everything was $16 or more, even a bowl of cereal. When we did get our eggs, they were lukewarm, the toast appeared to be sitting around for a awhile, and the hash browns consisted of a greasy resemblance to McDonald’s.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool was closed even though we called the hotel directly before booking to ask and were told it was open until 11pm. The staff informed us it was closed due to covid and that it had been opened for a while but the corporate people kept changing their minds. Totally understandable but then there was no ice, drinking water, or coffee pots available for the room. The restaurant was closed and parking was $10 for the night (as long as you charge it to the room). The room was small and smelled like cigarettes. Overall it was an overpriced rental. We truly could have had a coffee pot AND a refrigerator for less.

Very nice stay. It is near the airport but almost no airport noise. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. There was a $10 parking fee.

Right next to airport. Good for overnight and one day stay but hotel needs to be renovated and overpriced for what you get. Staff was very nice and professional.

The gentleman at the front desk was unbelievably accommodating.

Love that it’s at the airport and has a quick shuttle to drop us off at the airport.

Very nice for airport hotel. Even had a pool. Front desk was was very nice. Hair stuck on shower wall which was brownish rough tile so I guess easy to miss? No gluten free bread which is is easy and makes a stay great. I would recommend it as extremely convenient and great option fir an early morning flight. Seconds from airport. But don’t expect perfection

Hallways and bathrooms were not clean. Staff was semi-friendly.
