The room was dirty, hall way was sticky

Hot tub was broke. Smell was moldy. Bleach spot on carpet right outside my hotel room. Carpet was so gross, I wore my shoes in my hotel room. extremely run down hotel. pictures, look nice, but must NOT be current.

Incredibly old building that needs maintenance

No breakfast, dirty bathroom, peeling walls, stinky carpets, smalls rooms,they told me. They were out of clean towels , short staff, only one dryer and washer for the whole hotel. Overpriced

Room was disgusting. Broken furniture, peeling paint, chipped wood on nightstand, ripped curtains. Seriously, get it together! I complained to front desk staff and she told me to send pictures so she can forward to her manager. I haven’t heard anything back yet. This property has really gone down hill from the last time I stayed here

Worst place ever in north Olmsted area ! Showers are rusted, rooms smelled and the time I went someone was doing bbq on the 3rd floor and it was smoking and foggy on that floor. I canceled my booking ASAP

Easy location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nicely furnished and decorated.

We have stayed at this property many times. This time will be our last. The room was very dirty, bathroom vents were black, bath tub was moldy and we stayed there 4 nights and our room was not serviced once, not even to provide us with fresh towels. We left the room twice with housekeeping on our floor and still returned to an unserviced room.

This hotel is kept up very nicely. We use it because we can leave our car while we leave and return from the airport.

The pictures are Photoshop, the hotel is nasty, dirty and the stuff is rude

There was the constant smell of cannabis throughout the entire 5th floor. Children were yelling and running up and down the hall from early am until at least 1 or 2 am. There was never anyone on duty at the desk from check in and all three days. Breakfast was a small brown bag with a juice box and small breakfast bar and those disappeared quickly and were not replenished during the "breakfast hour". The pool was full of unattended children beyond the capacity rules and no one monitored this. There were no pool towels. Rarely did I see a housekeeping cart for towels or soap. I would STRONGLY advise against anyone staying at this hotel,

la Quinta is the worst I can’t believe a hotel is like that

The hotel was in okay stay. No breakfast or swimming pool because of covid. I think room rates should be cheaper and also no house keeping

The workers there were so friendly and nice. Place was very clean and nice.

I didn't like that I got stuck having to have a handicap room because the shower wasn't clean and didn't feel comfortable showering there

I took my kids here to stay so we can swim and the pool was closed so wasn’t able to swim like planned

We have stayed at this property many times. This time will be our last.
