Comfy bed. Not: Leaking sink. Very limited food in restaurant. Room not cleaned yet (mistake).

Very convenient to Interstate 71 and Interstate 80 for travelers.

Essentially you get what you pay for - as soon as we got there the toilet wasn’t running. We only had about half a roll of toilet paper provided to us. I requested two beds since the start (it’s what we reserved) but they didn’t have that available when I arrived. Which is understandable, we arrived late. But then I asked for a bed with a sofa bed, we got a room with a sofa with no mattress. It’s a good space if you’re staying for a single night, we were only there for about four hours. Otherwise, it gets loud and has an odd odor when entering. The staff member was trying his best, he went to fix the toilet and provided sheets for the sofa.

Good location, fast elevators, good showers. The lack of a pool or a functional restaurant means lots of people were hanging out in the lobby drinking until the early morning hours.

For the price paid for a 2 night stay, I'm not surprised there were issues. I was going to Cleveland on a three day, two night trip for a funeral. The hotel hosted a pool and hot tub on the website. The pool was closed due to covid, although while in Cleveland mask restrictions were made lax for both indoor and outdoor usage, and they need to fix the website stating they have a hot tub! My next bone of contention was due to the lack of shuttle service! I had called the hotel, the phone number on the website is incorrect, 2 days prior to my check-in to inquire about the hot tub, the shuttle pickup service from airport and I asked about an early check-in because my flight was due in early and I also told them I was in town for a funeral. I received email confirmation about my early check-in, and I called to confirm the hot tub and shuttle. I was told the pool and hot tub were closed and that as long as I arrive to the airport before 10 pm, I can just call for the shuttle when I arrive. After a horrible day of flying and 14 hours later, I arrive in Cleveland from NYC. I don't see the hotel shuttle, they aren't listed on transportation desk phone and my phone is dead. I call thru to the hotel where i was informed there was no shuttle service and it needed to scheduled 24 hours in advanced and there was nothing she could do to help me! I tried calling reservations and all they offered was a

I am more than aware that there is a pandemic still active world wide, however nowhere on their website did they state that everything (pool, restaurant, workout room, etc.) Was closed. Which is one of the main reasons we had chosen that location. And my personal opinion is that a hotel should always hold themselves to the highest level of cleanliness at amy point in time, but most definitely when there is a world wide pandemic actively going on. Would i recommend this establishment to another person, no. Would i personally stay at this establishment again, no. And on another note, when i had booked our room, i had paid the extra money to have breakfast for 2 included but when night fell and my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for a menu, he was told that we had to order at a certain time or we wouldn't be able to order at all, but he was told that we would have to pay for it as well.

I stay here everytime i am in Cleveland. Location is good and always nice to me.

They were generous on extended checkout until 2 pm. Upon check in staff wete abrupt with responses to questions. We booked 2 queen beds through Orbitz. At check in, staff said they save the 2 queen beds for platinum members & people who book through them.

The check-in was very fast. The first set of keys did not work. The second set did work. The room was big and spacious but had a slight smell of smoke. Overall I was very satisfied with room for the price. My only complaint was the noises outside my door. I was next to the elevator and janitors station and an exit. The doors or walls are very thin because I could hear everything outside my door.

I did not like the fact that I had mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling and I found a hyperdermic needle behind the dresser. I reported it to the management staff.

This place has potential but majority of thier clientelle are trashy, loud, rude. The poor hotel staff couldnt catch a break that night. The beds were somewhat comfy but room cleanliness specially during covid wasn't a thing. When we arrived after the standard check in time (standard check in is 3pm or 4pm) we arrived at 11pm and our room was jjst being cleaned by housekeeping after the front desk had checked us in. The house keeper said it would take about 15-20 mins.(cleanliness is questionable) the front desk staff moved us to another room thankfully.

I stayed in this hotel from Wednesday night to Friday afternoon they never cleaned my room or change the towels they never even went to the room to check on it and Ice machines were aso broken. For a holiday inn iy was awful
