The Travelers Hotel is a really unique space that's very artistic and spacious. Each room is different and the artwork in the hallways is all by local artists. There is no elevator, so if you have issues with stairs or have very heavy luggage, it's a challenge. We did not have issues with that ourselves. Our 2nd floor room was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pretty big. There's a great little bakery next to the hotel and other bars and restaurants within a few blocks. It's easy to walk to a lot that's going on, including live music. On site services are limited due to COVID, but what is there is easy to work with, and there's even a self-serve beer keg. Not expecting any onsite services, we thought it was nice that the owner made it a point to say hello when he saw us and find out a little about why we were in town and where we were from. I highly recommend a stay here on your next trip to the Home of the Blues in Clarksdale, MS.

I love to stay in repurposed buildings because they have so much character. It has a very interesting contemporary design filled with local art. Also it is community center and we met several local people who were working there. Some people may miss some of the amenities normally available in rooms. But not having them in the rooms encourages travelers to use the community facilities more and meet other travelers. Also since it is located downtown you can walk to all the major downtown attractions.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a tastefully restored building. Super clean. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location but very basic accommodations. No TV in the room or WiFi. However we only spent one night and we were here for the music. So overall we were satisfied.

This is the best and most chic place to stay in Clarksdale. The folks who run it are the nicest! Malin+Goatz products in every room... Interior decor is spot on... As long as they have vacancies, I will stay no where else.

Newly renovated, yet honoring the history of the building. Spacious rooms. A real gem.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. While we made the decision not to have televisions in our rooms, we absolutely have lightning-fast, and free, wireless throughout the hotel -- fast enough to accommodate each guests' streaming needs. I apologize that you left thinking we didn't! Thank you for staying with us, and thanks so much for visiting Clarksdale.
