This place should definitely be renamed The Not So Quality Inn… I’ll give the staff credit to some extent because they were all friendly but the refund for a moldy pillow & sheets of one night outta 3 for a 100$??! Then don’t bother changing the sheets.. my friend was so disgusted he slept in his car, which for the area I’m sure he wasn’t the only one. The rooms were updated & nice but had a faint whiff of Newport’s & bad weed in the air. I could go on.. just beyond dissatisfied.

My complaint is about seeing a roach in my room

Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. No towels in the room. Room didn't get cleaned after the second night

Moderately friendly staff. Lots of parking. The hotel was a bit run down. Advertised a room with a view but the view was of the parking lot.

When I arrived there were two homeless people in the lobby. One was charging his phone and the other was filling his 2-litre bottle with free water. There was water leaking from the ceiling and the elevators were not functioning properly.

The hotel parking is antiquated with a design from the 60s version of a motor lodge. Other than that this older property is afforfable, located a mile from downtown and pretty clean.

“Quality” is the furthest thing from what this hotel offered. When we arrived, check in took over 45 minutes. I have stayed at many hotels and have never had the experience take more than 5 minutes. The line to check in was out the door and the staff did not even seem concerned. It appeared there was no rush for them, even though the line was wrapped around the building outside. There was not a manager on site until after 30 minutes of waiting which is ridiculous for 4pm on a Saturday afternoon on one of the busiest weekends in the city. The sheets on our bed appeared to be clean but there were visible stains from prior guests - gross. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. One of the elevators was out of service. A couple we were traveling with had their room given to another guest, after they had already checked in. Imagine our surprise when we were sitting in their rooms and in walks another couple with room keys that worked stating they had been given the same room. It made us concerned to leave our belongings in our room as it could potentially be given to someone else. There was also a recurring issue with room keys not working even though they had been previously activated. It happened to our group and we also heard it from other guests as well. One of our Uber drivers later informed us that this hotel is rated the worst in Cincinnati and it appears that was a correct assessment. We will never stay here again - it was AWFUL.

This property is advertised as updated it was anything but. We got to our room it was dirty there was hair the pillow cases, and the bathroom was DIRTY. The elevators were broken, and so was the pool.

The staff was friendly when they were not outside smoking and ignoring guests. The elevator only worked to the extent that it stops on every floor and you just have to ride it until your floor is randomly selected. The rooms would have been fine if cleaned properly- (hair on our pillows, dirt on the walls and burn marks on the carpet. The TV worked but without a remote. We asked for a remote two days in a row but none was provided. The pool was small but pretty - however it closes at 9pm. Location was good and parking was fine.

Staff was nice, parking and getting in and out are a bit tricky but it was close to enough stuff to enjoy the city.

Nothing special about this hotel. I would stay there again.
