I enjoyed the room and furnishings

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. Enjoyed the visit and the price was reasonable.

We stayed here when we visited the University of Cincinnati. Very close to campus, free parking and the staff when we checked in around 10 p.m. were very friendly and helpful.

overall stay was good. day of leaving, from10:00 on housekeeping kept knocking on door to see if we were leaving, she was bored. so finally by 10:45 we left. did not appreciate that

Breakfast was bad. No food was available and they had no coffee available. Very understaffed.

Wonderful stay! Clean room and super friendly staff! Only thing we didn’t enjoy was breakfast. With Covid guideline, they make eggs and sausages(many eggs menu) etc but I don’t see them making pancakes or waffles! I had my teens with me and that’s all they would eat. They didn’t even have muffins or anything that they can eat. We didn’t have any breakfast as we were just super disappointed with what they had in menu. They need to think of vegans and vegetarians also when providing breakfast.

It is right in the center of University of Cincinnati. It bis nearby the east campus which includes University Hospital and VA hospitals though the traffic is heavy at Vine street and Martin Luther king streets and I would drive around if necessary.

The staff was awesome! We were staying at the hotel while one of our children had surgery at the children’s hospital. They were so understanding and kind. All of the front desk staff asked how we were when we came back from visiting hours. The proximity to the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the added benefit of a hot breakfast was awesome! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. They made us feel comfortable in a difficult time.

Great location if you are visiting the university of cincinnati. Can walk around Clifton and UC. Lots of places to eat, drink and be merry within walking distance.

Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean. Close to the zoo and to a bunch of restaurants. Orbitz listed a room feature as “sofa bed”, but the standard room does not include a sofa bed. The hotel was fully booked so I could not upgrade. Staff was very friendly and apologetic even though it was through no fault of their own. I learned to always call and double check with the hotel before booking.

I like a firm mattress, but these mattresses felt as comfortable as the floor with a comforter. The sheets and comforter had an irritating feel to them. There were lots of pillows, but only one soft one. COSTLY. Room incidentals $25.00. Parking $9.00 the room through Orbitz was $157. The day after I booked it, I got an ad on Facebook offering me the same room for $132. The breakfast was ok. The best thing about this hotel was the location, but not worth $157.

Very clean and close to the UC campus. Nippert stadium within walking distance.
