It's was ok nothing to brag about the room was clean the place need to be remolding. The location for the wedding was just miles from the event. The prices was good. Over all its was a ok place.

My stay began with the front desk claiming it had no record of my reservation and saying the booking agency had never sent the information. (When I called the agency, they said that not only did they send the info, but also received a confirmation from the hotel.) The property was full of knicks, scratches and smudges. When I asked in the morning about the exercise room, I was told there wasn't one. When I pointed out that its own website advertised the room, the response was "Well, we have one, but it's broken." Not worth the money. There were holes in the blackout screens on the curtains and the iron leaked. The only plus was its proximity to a fairly large retail area. Your best bet would be avoiding this property and picking a chain hotel.

We booked our stay at this hotel because a friends wedding ceremony was being held here. Due to booking through an on-line travel company, they didn't know we were with the wedding so they put us in a room away from all the wedding activities in the older part of the hotel. This room is on the back side of the property (in the tower) that looks like the original hotel. It had a large extended stay population with dingy carpet and the distinct smell of years of smoke. The room was clean, shower was hot. Once we moved into the newer part of the hotel it was like going across the tracks. The room was much better than the tower. Huge bath tub, nice shower, more comfortable bed and no strange smells. If you aren't there for the event and on is going on in the Atrium, you might as well join in on the fun, because you aren't going to get any sleep until it is complete. The conference rooms were very nice. There were a few places that the ceiling tiles need to be replaced and some things that could use a little sprucing up, but overall it was a really nice facility. We spent time in 3 different large rooms (200+ people) and enjoyed all of them. Not sure if it was supplied by the hotel, but the staff started tearing down after the wedding before the reception was complete. It was a bit distracting and caused everything to end earlier than it should have. Overall the Atrium has a lot of potential. The older rooms need a deep cleaning to get rid of the old smoke smell and there are a few details that can be cleaned up that will make this a go to destination for all in one wedding venue.

Our only issue was we asked if the hotel had a pool or hot tub because we were extremely sore from a previous event & was looking fwd to relaxing our muscles. They told us they no longer had the pool but did have jacuzzi tubs but there were not hot tubs or jacuzzi tubs in the room or the hotel. Complimentary breakfast ended at 9am which we thought was early. Other than that the hotel smelled nice was very clean in the room & the staff was great! Parking seemed safe as well. Great room for the price!
