Great location and awesome service!

Not only are the rooms and service from the staff top-notch, but the food at both the Shanghai Terrace and Lobby restaurants are great as well. Sure it is more expensive to stay here than at hotels like the Marriott, but you actually get what you pay for at the Peninsula. Highly recommended!

Over 1.5 hour for hotel food that consisted of a salad and appetizers.

my spa experience was very BLAH, even though I paid for 3 90 minute massages and a mani pedi for my daughter. The suite was very small...very small. The staff weren’t at all friendly or welcoming..I was very put off when we went to have a drink in the area across from the receptionist..we wanted a drink and waited close to 20 minutes AFTER we ordered. Overall...not accommodating, and NOT AT ALL helpful...don’t worry..won’t be back and definitely won’t EVER recommend...back to the Four Season for us!!!!!

The pool was not open and someone told us it was we came to relax by the pool

What's not to like, one of the best hotels in the world.

Truly special in the level of elegance and service while not being stuffy.

Outstanding food and beautiful spa, so peaceful and relaxing

Service is wonderful! A small birthday cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. Before purchasing museum tickets through them, check to see if you can get them yourself on-line. We bought through them and the cost was $14.00 more/ticket.

Taylor at the front desk was Amazing as always. Will be back soon !!!

Excellent customer service, luxurious room accommodations.

Very nice room, location, and service. It would have been nice to have complementary bottled water in the room (they did have it for a charge in the mini-bar). Our room looked at another building, so no real view, but the luxury off the room made up for it.
