The staff was really good and attentive. They also upgraded us without any problem to a junior suite due to a big wedding taking up the majority of the place.

Good deal!

The bathroom door didn’t close, shower door didn’t close, bed sheets felt cheap, got charged $45 with no explanation, won’t be staying here again.

The room was musty and damp so we asked to be moved to another room.

Parking was conveniently located across the street, but more expensive than what was advertised by the hotel. The hotel is in a good location but is pretty rundown. We never got our room cleaned or new towels during our stay.

The room was are very small

Great location!

Easy check in. No valet parking or food d/t covid which was inconvenient. Room was clean and comfortable.

The property was a great location. The staff, which was limited, was rude and lazy. Wouldn’t hold a door open while I carried in my luggage. Gave no suggestion of where to park, just said “we don’t valet”. Would not store luggage after checkout for a couple hours while we we ate. Just lazy and rude

This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had in Chicago in a hotel. I understand Covid precautions, but to not have A single Housekeeper or to have the room cleaned for 5 nights just seems like a cop out. It wasn’t disclosed to us at check in, in fact nobody mentioned it to us until I asked on the 3rd day. So you can’t clean when I’m not in the room but still checked in but you can clean it after I check out? How is that following any cdc guideline? Anyway, the hotel is ancient and not in a good way. Carpet and hallways smelled. I think we saw 2 total hotel staff the entire 5 nights we were there.

We had the police escort us off of the property with our children all because we needed a room with a working bathtub to wash our children. The first room didn’t have a working key and the second room had a broken bathtub. We were told to come down in the morning for a new room and when we did the front desk worker called the police and had us removed from the hotel. Even the police told the hotel staff that he was in the wrong. The front desk worker was hostile when I asked for hr number and refused to give me his name to put in a report. The police had to get me the information because the front desk told me no until the police made him do it.

Great place to stay! Super clean room! I love it! Highly recommended.

The once nice hotel is dirty, with stained and threadbare carpeting everywhere as well as being in drastic need of a fresh coat of paint. Paint is chipping off the walls and elevators. Service is non-existent to help at doors or with luggage. You are totally in your own. Can’t possible recommend the place.

Granted, I was there during Covid-19 Crisis, but it should still not be necessary to request housekeeping. I have travelled a lot, stayed in hotels all over the US, also Europe. This is the first time I’ve had to ask that my room be cleaned and my bed made.

We pre-paid for an inclusive breakfast with our stay and upon check-in; we were told that they aren't serving breakfast. But they were not able to take charges off of our room stay. Apparently we have to call the Accounting office to explain all of this. Very disappointing. And the bathroom was not very clean. We will not be returning to this hotel.
