The location and suite was really nice. I see myself going back again if needed.

Bad customer service in front reception area. Lady was rude and looked like like I bothered her sleep time. Pool dirty, unmonitored during Cocid-19. Stay away!!!

The place was beautiful and it’s a lot of restaurants and stores in the area. Just didn’t like by this pandemic going on. There was no good for or the pool area was not working but over all the place was nice and clean

Room is way far from the front desk and breakfast area. I have to go outside in the sub zero temperature and drive my car to go from my suite to have breakfast. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anybody

It was a new room, very comfortable and super clean. Also a great location. Our family had a perfect weekend vacation here.

The hotel rooms were roomy and clean. The only negative was that there was a doggie poop smell around the pool area.

Our trip was great with the exception of being told the pool was closed and come to find out the next morning while checking out that this was false.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and attentive.

I stayed one night while attending a conference in Schaumburg. The location is convenient to Renaissance Convention center, Woodfield Mall, etc. The rooms are private and quiet, and the breakfast was very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this Homewood Suits to everyone. Very good value!

If you do not mind taking a 50 minute train ride each way into Chicago this is a great hotel. It is near everything. Every store is within 10 min drive. The rail station in 15 min drive. There are loads of vegetarian restaurants. Word of advice though request an upper level room, and you hear everything from the room above

Everything was great. Only issues was no Jacuzzi & the Salad Nite dinner did not live up to past lite meals.
