Staff was amazing loved the little kiosk in the lobby it came in hand, I was only disappointed with the channels line up other than that it was an outstanding stay I plan to visit again

Nice hotel with comfortable beds, pillows, blanket and sheets. Front staff were friendly. Keurig type of coffee maker in the room for the morning was nice. My friend took a bath and said that she really enjoyed it. A few negatives would be that the free airport shuttle service stopped before my flight landed (which was around 11:30p). I also thought that the blinds allowed too much light in the morning... usually hotels have a thin and thick one. I might stay here again though. Just depends on when the shuttle is operating and remembering to bring an eye mask!

Everything was fine. Lobby a bit out dated and worn looking. Rooms very nice and clean!

My room was nice and quiet. The comforter was soft. The air conditioning was comfortable.

Very clean, kids under 12 eat free and staff was very friendly.

went to check in and was informed no reservation. Upon double cjecking my notes, it appeared reservation confirmed was for wrong nite. I had booked the 25th and reservation was for the 26th

good hotel close to airport and my son's home. Complaints: It should have more than one elevator. They overcharged me for room service breakfast. I was charged $5.50 for coffee, when, in fact, coffee was part of the breakfast we ordered. To their credit, they did make good on this.

I stayed here to see my son graduate from the Navy boot-camp &my stay was very pleasant. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel shuttle was on time to pick my son &I up from the airport and was ready for us to take us to the airport when it was time for checkout so we had enough time to make our flight. Both drivers were pleasant &the whole hotel was clean. Last but not least my son enjoyed the indoor pool &spa plus the restaurant food was good.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions as well fulfill my special requests without hesitation.

Not much to say. Everything was great, would stay again.

Hotel staff is terrific, room spotless and comfortable. Food is terrible in Louie's - even breakfast was overly salted and inedible. Basically a high end motel with noise of cars parking outside the windows at all hours. Across the street is an average mall with chain food.

The Pool was under construction. That would have been nice to known since I have three boys who were looking foward to it. I would have stayed in that hotel if I knew of the status! I won't give my money to them again because of this and we stay in the area a couple of times a year.
