Desk staff, cleaning staff and car service folks were very helpful but so many glitches with services, etc. I would guess that you would blame it on "covid". Even though it is is very convenient for my visits to Chicago family, not sure I would return.

I thought Hampton Inns were motels and was totally impressed with this property. Greatest staff ever, well-appointed rooms, attention to detail, impressive safety precautions, and more. We especially appreciated the bathroom nightlight and room darkening shades that made "sleeping in" easy.

Very clean, affordable, comfortable rooms. Check in staff was excellent. Check out staff seemed a lot more concerned with his personal cell phone than anything else. I suspect a hurricane could have hit and he would still be looking at his phone. Also look out for gratuitous "Valet Parking" charge. Came by elevated train and still found a $13 charge on my bill for "Valet Parking".

Staff was great and the warm grab and go breakfast definitely beat the competitors breakfast offer. Only surprise (and maybe I didn’t see it in the ad) was that parking was available as advertised but only valet parking at $37. You can drive around and try to find a spot but good luck with that. Great place and will be my go-to hotel when I need to stay in the area.

I don’t think it had a pool

The only thing we did not care for was the breakfast. Other than that, the Hampton Inn was excellent.

Great location, great everything, except for the parking fees. $35 per day to park is over the top.

They didn’t have a room for me! How can this happen! They shoved me down the road 10 min to a holiday in express! I’m so upset about this ! Not sure I’m ever using orbitz again for anything!

This property is in a GREAT location. It is very clean, but the shower didn't work properly. Only a little bit of water came out of the shower head and the rest still came out of the faucet. Most of the employees were very friendly and helpful. A few were indifferent.

Great. Next to Loyola University. I wish there was a pool & hot tub on 6th floor! A Happy Hour would be wonderful!

It is a great hotel but upset that Orbitz would not let me cancel after I booked fro wrong date!

Loved the rooftop terrace! This is one of the best Hampton Inn locations we have ever stayed at; it has a great room design - contemporary and efficient. Staff here is professional and friendly. Breakfast selections were surprising - there were so many options! If you are visiting Chicago and working or going to events anywhere north of downtown, I would definitely recommend this location. There is a train stop close by which makes using the transportation system easy.
