nice location and good value.

I was charged twice for a one night stay

Staff extremely friendly. Great location very active area at night

Pretty convenient downtown location; close walking distance for shopping, parks, Navy Pier. The rooms were clean and comfortable; bathroom was a bit tight but not bed. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Just a little noisy because of being in front of the fire department.

The location fits our needs perfectly. It is close to all the attractions we want in downtown Chicago. The room was clean. The service was great. The staff in the breakfast room is probably the best I saw in any hotel - friendly, efficient in cleaning our table as well as keep the food coming. Kudo to them! While the room size is smaller than some but this is Chicago, real estate is expensive. The room is big enough for our use and very efficiently design. I particularly like the bathroom with shower stall instead of tub and the many hooks for towels and clothes at level fits for average people instead of basketball players. Definitely recommend the place.

Nice & friendly staff. Clean & comfy rooms with a great continental breakfast!

Helpful staff, super value for the money. Hotel close to variety of restaurants and is centrally located as well.

“Suite” is an exaggerated description (quite small for the required upgrade due to 3 kids). Our window faced a fire house - great for peace of mind, but terrible for siren noise.

Johnalyn at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us everything we needed maps and answer plenty of our questions she was professional and smiling and warm. Fanny and Xavier at breakfast where very professional and caring. They made us all feel like we were vacationing with a few old friends. That made the experience so much better. We look forward to coming back to Chicago and staying at the Fairfield Inn

Easy to get to and pretty quiet for being in downtown Chicago. Very nice, rooms clean and up to date. Just a note: you'll pay a lot to park overnight in the area.

I stayed here for my 30th birthday celebration with my friends. We had a great time, very spacious, breakfast was great, and beautiful hotel. I loved it.

The AC in my room is burned, the manager change the room for other. Very fast and attendance The hotel no have parkjng, is very so expenseve por hours and day. For all themes is good

Great customer service and the hot breakfast was good. Close to restaurants and shops on State Street. Enjoyed my birthday weekend.

We were welcomed with an early check in, no questions asked! Our room was gorgeous with a great view. Our only complaint was the fire station which is very active during the night. Great location with walking distance to everything, even with a 6 year old.

I booked this hotel 1.5 hours before arrival. Danielle had us checked in very quickly and gave us complimentary bags of popcorn-nice touch. I was going to self park (to save money). Directions were already printed off and handed to me. I went out to the car and told my mom we were self parking. She was not having any part of that. I unloaded the car while my mom went in to find out what needed to be done for Valet. My mom said as soon as she approached Danielle, she had a most warming smile and asked my mom if I had changed my mind about valet. Beds and water pressure were decent, room was spacious and very clean and faced the fire department but that was not an issue. Breakfast was very filling, well stocked(non packaged oatmeal with all the fixings, bagels, bread, English muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, homemade waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, milk) and has a large amount of seating and outlets. Javier was well accommodating and made sure everything at breakfast was perfect. We checked out at 10:30 with Stephanie and she held our bags until we left at 3:00PM. All of the valet staff were courteous and helpful.

Here at the Fairfield, we understand the importance of a good nights sleep. It is unfortunate that the hustle and bustle of the city hindered that for you. We would love the opportunity to speak with you more about your concerns. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly and ask to speak with a front desk leader. We hope to welcome you back someday!
