Room as good as expected, but had a smell of smoke and/or weed that would not go away for the 4 nights i was there. Got used to smell once i was in room, but still, not acceptable.

Rooms are 'extended stay' and have a kitchenette, but no plates, no silverware... Also, I was promised by two people in advance of my stay that I would be able to cancel the second night of my reservation upon check-in, without penalty. This was denied me on checkin.

Tv didn’t work, recliner wouldn’t recline, no utensils for cooking or eating, breakfast was granola bars or muffins.

Not very clean..floors in hallway dirty..curtains and floor in room dirty..linens old ...hand out from front desk said they only clean every 2weeks...room smelled musty..staff ha trouble checking us in with orbits reservation but they were trying there best and got it straightened out eventually..

The first room we were given was super dirty, garbage, food waste everything was there.when we complained then they gave us a different room but too small. Booking said breakfast included however there was only coffee and nothing else. On top of that, fire alarm rang at 1 in the morning since some staff placed paper in microwave. Overall horrible experience. We needed a room for one night only, so thanks god we didn’t have to stay long. Never again with Extended stay America.

It was old I wasn’t thrilled with the smells and the cleanliness.

Great location shopping restaurants parking was safe great price for a room

This hotel is a great location. Staff was great. The only problem I had was a pile of what looked to be pubic hair Place directly in the middle of the bed underneath the covers so the sheets were not clean or someone purposely placed it there. Other then that we had a wonderful stay. Be sure to check under the sheets before hand

The cost was very good. But, I’ve learned a lesson that I prefer to pay the extra $10.00. First, I want to make it clear that the staff is super! The front desk woman works very hard. Wearing different hats that keep her very busy and always on her feet. Yet, she is very friendly, courteous and genuinely offers her help if you need it! However, the room was less than what I expected. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable but the toilet kept running (I’m a light sleeper) and there was no hot water in the bathroom. I have also learned that I like a breakfast in the morning. With eggs, sausage, orange juice and a waffle if I want it. I didn’t understand what a “to go breakfast” is a packaged muffin and coffee. Saying this, I should tell you that this is an extended stay hotel but I used it as a 1-night stay. Their is a kitchenette in the room.

Got a room with blood and urine bed sheets. Moved to another room without them apologizing. Woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my body. Dont stay here, it's disgusting.

Ok. Nice to have a full size refrigerator and efficiency kitchen for a long stay. But kind of cheap looking and grangey rooms, and not that cheap for a one night stay.
