Dirty no clean towels no ice no microwave

The staff was very friendly and practiced COVID precautions. The hotel was not as nice looking as the pictures. It would have been nice to know before I booked it that the lobby is closed and so no breakfast, and the pool is closed as well. Needs updated, the bed was comfortable but the decor is out dated. We had to call down as soon as we got there to have someone clean up a messy room left from the previous guest. They did come up right away and clean. Okay for a nights sleep but will probably go elsewhere next time.

Very outdated I felt like I was back in the seventies. The bathroom was not very clean. The bed was old. The sheets and mattress protector were ill-fitted and the mattress protector fell off during the night. The website said that there would be a pool, breakfast, access to the lobby, etc and none were available. It was locked down so tight that it should not have been open. I will not be back and I suggest that others spend a couple more dollars to get a better experience and facility.

Not at all like the pics, dirty, 1 light out of 4 worked

The room was clean. Due to covid-19 there was not a microwave or fridge in the room. However, front desk did offer to bring us one if we wanted. Staff was friendly. It was quiet. Would stay again if in the area.

Everything was clean and great service and price is perfect

Hotel room had a bad musky odor. The floor had a huge wet spot on it which I stepped on bare foot. Worth maybe $50 bucks total! Also the orbitz states is a little over 5 miles from Mid-way International. It was over 15 miles away.

Everything is okay. One outlet in our room doesn't work and the bathroom walls have yellow water stains on the ceiling and near drains. Just 2 bars of soap given. Not bad for a mediocre hotel though.

I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel and felt it was a good value for my money. It is in an out of the way location but it is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It is also close to Interstate Rte. 55 which can take you to anywhere you want to go in the Chicago-land area.

Ok stay just needed a hotel to sleep for the night after a concert before driving 5 hours home

You get what you get. The hotel is a little ran down and the ice machine on my floor didn't work but for $50 a night that's about what you get anywhere. All in all not a bad place to stay and its location is pretty solid. Food and gas are right next to it and a target is right around the corner. The staff was really nice and if you stay there I highly recommend getting wings from Dell Rheas, they deliver to the hotel and they are out of this world good.

Lobby was dirty, desk service slow. Room was clean, no problems with it. Ample parking convenient to room.

It was an okay hotel to stay at. I was only there to sleep and have a place to shower.

The only other time I've slept at an Econo-Lodge was in August 1995. It was the location near the St. Louis airport and a very negative experience there was an inch of dirt on the carpets, cigarette burns in the sheets, a strong but ambiguous stench in the room. Somehow my family made it through two nights in that squalor. Fast forward to 20 years later. I was on a short business trip and was looking for an affordable motel room. I gave Econo-Lodge a second chance, assuming that time heals all wounds. My experience with the Willowbrook location wasn't perfect, but it was a marked improvement from all those years ago. The service was a little slow, but otherwise I left with hardly anything to complain about.

Got stranded in Chicago due to weather and this was the only hotel available for many miles. Ended up getting the last room which was a smoking room. The staff was very helpful with regards to lining up a taxi back to the airport for me the next morning. The room served it's purpose, but not some place I would otherwise stay if given a choice.

When i arrived the guy on charge was waching tv and he said was too busy
