Very clean, friendly staff I would definitely stay again!

Our room was very hot. No matter how cold we adjusted it, it was still hot. We stayed in the concierge room so we were supposed to get more amenities with that and they said it was closed so we got nothing. They did nothing to try to correct it. Very disappointing.

Nice convenient location to airport and southern suburbs. Would stay there again

Fantastic stay, came with kids. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. House keeper was friendly and front desk was accommodating. Only complaint is Bar closes at 11.

Our room #311 had a mold problem, my fiancé coughed all night, and my nose clogged up and I couldn't breath, so we couldn't sleep. We told the person at the front desk about it and she said this same thing happened to her and her family when they stayed here, but her total concern was basically, oh well. Upon leaving the hotel, my fiancé stopped coughing and my nose cleared up within a few hours. Was definitely not worth the $200 a night cost, would have been better and healthier to sleep in our car.

hotel was ok. Room service. catering were incompetent (but nice) and I would strongly suggest you avoid them.

Wrapping up a week of business travel and seeing first hand the ever typical half hearted service from other hotels, it was welcoming to close the week with a staff that clearly understands that business people have choices in where they stay. Service was exceptional and sincere, great job!

I stayed at the Marriott during a business trip. The hotel is very nice, rooms are large and well appointed and the staff are helpful. I did have difficulties beginning with my check-in (they couldn't find my reservation at first) and every day, my room card key was somehow disabled and I would have to go back to the front desk to reactivate it which was frustrating. Also, my room hadn't been cleaned one day (how does that get missed?) I would go back here as the overall experience was good.

The rooms are typical, but the work out room was a bit worn down. It's okay for it's location, but you think they would offer a little more. Not much incentive to stay there ever again and it's not that close to downtown. You could stay somewhere else and get there just as fast from an outer location along I55 and get a free breakfast and a nicer pool.
