Friendly staff and excellent service.

Loved the stay and staff very nice

Very clean and extremely close to the primary reason for our visit, the Illinois Medical District.

Parking was not clear on reservation that it was not included.

Highly recommend 5 stars, great location, great staff

I wish they had hot water for tea at night. Paper cups cannot be microwaved.

Service and rooms were consistently very excellent. Facilities had multiple areas for reading and working on computers outside of the rooms. The only and very minimal deficiency was the absence of room safes.

This is an easy hotel to get in and get out. I had a meeting at one of the hospitals nearby and this saw so easy.

Nice hotel, convenient for our stay, but $60.00 for parking in a non-downtown location is excessive.

The staff were friendly, the room was nice, the wifi was fast, and the location was convenient to our destination which was UIC.

Looked really nice online, but wasn't so great in person. Hotel is under construction, but this is advertised online, so I found out as I checked in. Construction started very early on Saturday morning which defeated the point of having a relaxing get-away with my husband. Also, I had to pay a 'valet parking' fee even though the valet attendant didn't know how to drive stick shift and I had to park my car myself. Not a big deal, but it seemed unethical to make me pay for a service that wasn't provided. The hotel bar which highly touted on the web site, closed by 10 PM on a Friday night. And finally, the front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed to have a 'take it or leave it' attitude towards the customers. This location was not at all in character with the typical Marriott experience. It had been looking forward to an evening in the city, but this was a total let down.

It's to expensive. no parking and not breakfast included and also

From the minute we arrived the staff was amazing! Super friendly and very accommodating! The rooms were great!

Workers were friendly and very helpful. Their is a shuttle bus who can take you a few places. I recommend bringing your own drinks because they are pricey at the hotel.

Not the nicest Marriott I've been in but it has convenient location and a friendly staff.

The hotel is very nice and one of the few in this area. Close to United ctr for Hawks/ Bulls games. Also a short shuttle ride to plenty of dinning in little italy area of Chicago. Only issue we had was the toilet had some serious flushing issues going on>>>>>we mentioned it to the desk clerk and he apologized, but for the hassle of it all,I would have thought he might have discounted the room rate a little. Still a nice place with a friendly staff.

Nice, quiet hotel with a very accommodating staff. They even have a shuttle that will drop you at nearby festivals, etc. Room was very clean and had modern decor. We stayed here while attending Pitchfork music festival at Union Park. The shuttle dropped us off and we actually walked back afterwards.

Not the best but was a good location to be in Chicago
