Very friendly staff, nice location, the pool is very small and cold.

Very good location on the edge of the old town, with great access to food, drink, shopping and, of course, the wats. Staff was enthusiastic. Wifi was acceptable. Bed was comfortable. We didn't care for the room key situation: our choice was to leave the room unlocked and the AC and power on; or to lock the door and return to an oven and no power on our devices.

Loved the traditional Thai feel to the property and the decor.

It was a lovely place, amazing breakfasts, great staff etc. was a bit surprised at the hefty tax added to the price at the end - be prepared.

We loved our stay at De naga. The room was spacious, the breakfast buffet extensive and the staff incredibly helpful. The location was great, easy to walk to anything in the Old City

Very helpful english-speaking front desk staff. Good location within the old city. Excellent breakfast.

It’s a nice hotel. Overall it was good, except the internet. It was not stable and lost signal several times during the day and night. We had to turn our WiFi off and on to reconnect the internet, sometimes we just could not connect it. Otherwise it is great and the location is next to the old city wall.

Would come back and stay here again. Great location right in the heart of old Chiang Mai. Very nice and new gym. Staff super friendly. The daily breakfasts were super. Only neutral comment is room comfort is ok as the bathroom was small. But we didn't come to Chiang Mai to hang out in our hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the De Naga this past April and it was the most wonderful experience. It is in the best location in the Old City in Chiang Mai. The staff is excellent. It doesn't get any better. There breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean, the pool is beautiful. We loved how it was tucked away off the main street!

The De Naga Hotel in old Chiang Mai has most conveniences every traveler expects plus large rooms with very large bathrooms, and good service from friendly staff. Swimming pool is small but often occupied by groups of noisy children. If you prefer quiet ask for rooms away from the pool. Continuously played muzak also adds to noise pollution.

Better than expeceted. They upgraded the room. Perfect location.

This was the big splurge for me on this trip and it was quite worth it. The rooms are beautiful, the staff excellent, the location perfect. Not a single complaint to be made. Really nice.
