The hotel itself we have no complaints!! We did not realize that basically the whole town shuts down on Monday's. You have to go to surrounding areas to have a variety of dinner/shopping options. We also went on Labor Day weekend so there were many restaurants and stores were closed both Monday and Tuesday.

Very nice place, quiet and really clean!!

The room was very nice. Nice sleeping bed. Nice fluffy towels. Very clean.

Nice and quaint, great porch, clean, overall perfect for an overnight stay!

Jacuzzi tub was great. Room was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy, just a reasonably priced motel on the main drag in Maggie Valley. Front desk wasn't unpleasant, but they weren't very helpful with recommendations - didn't know what was open locally on Thanksgiving even. No other complaints really. I'd stay here again. 5 minutes to Cataloochee Ski Area or Boyd Mt. Christmas Tree Farm, 30 minutes on a winding road to Cherokee Casino, 35 minutes to Asheville.

Air conditioner was very noisy, wife could not sleep. The bathroom and shower faucets was so difficult to turn on, my wife could not use them. If you have any form of arthritis this is definetntly a room you would not want to stay in.
