The property is older. I expected the room to be the same. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was very clean and did not have an odor. The staff was friendly and made the check in process very smooth. It was a pleasant overall experience. The facility is what I would expect in the small towns, but the overall experience was better than I expected. I will stay at this facility again when I come back to Maggie Valley.

I love Maggie Valley and have stayed at this property before. The mattresses are a bit hard and the heating/cooling unit is not central, so the bathroom is normally either too hot or too cold. You have to leave the bathroom door open at night for it to be warm in winter. Older hotel but reasonably decorated.

Orbitz displays pictures of jetted tubs but doesn't deliver.

All good for a place to sleep and pet friendly. Thank you

Dirty, outdated, and in disrepair. Housekeeper had the nerve to ask for tips.

My only problem was that our room was on the second floor and we are too old to be going up and down the stairs!

Dated. Cigarette holes un curtains tub would not rrain

Nice place and good location. Close to eating places and fest grounds

Good hotel close to restaurants clean and comfortable!,

Nice upgraded rooms...close to everything....stayed 2 weeks and had a great stay

The lobby smelled terrible! The smell of the room was better but we went to Dollar General and bought air freshener. The sign said the rooms had just been renovated. I don’t think so. There was tape holding a panel to the bathroom cabinet and the walls and trim were beat up. I would not ever stay here again.

Room was clean, however it just had two beds yv microwave and fridge no chairs Had no coffee maker.

very pleasant. Close to everything in the valley,+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
