Lots of first class seats empty. Asked if could move up but was told needed to upgrade before boarding. Would have been nice to oblige when asked.
It was a great experience. I am not keen on flying and definitely was nervous A. Flying out at a smaller airport like tweed and B. A much smaller plane than what I am use to when I do fly. Over all my experience was wonderful. Thanks
They ripped one of my luggage
I want to praise the attendant on my New Haven to Philadelphia flight on August 14. I took the noon fl8ght and she made sure she welcomed every passenger by name and served us all water on an extremely short flight. Excellent service and outstanding attendant.
