My personal tv screen located in the head rest in front of me stopped working on my seat and attendant offered a 50$ travel voucher. She mentioned the plane was “old” and she hopes they get replaced soon. That didn’t comfort me in any way and the broken screen in front of me was now the least of my worries!
Would use them again next time for sure.
The seats were filthy
Seat and shoulder room needs to be expanded
Hawaian airlines are the best!
Seats need and upgrade.
Pilots kept passengers informed at all times
Nice, short flight arrived early
Just ok nothing that stands out
The Price you pay for baggage was out rages 100 bucks for three small bags
Entertainment options only for additional charge- would have preferred at least one or two in-flight movies included. Also expected one real meal on a 6-hour flight but had only snacks, subs and a cheese/fruit platter, and also at additional cost. Only coffee, juices and soft drinks were served at no additional cost, one meal would have been welcome.

Hawaii's weather is known for its year-round sunny, warm days, but the various elevations and trade winds can cause the weather to differ by island. Kona's temperatures average between 70 degrees Fahrenheit and the high 80s. April through September are the drier months, but the rainy season of October through March should not put a dampener on your travel plans. There are plenty of things to see and do in Kona. You can learn to surf from Hawaii Lifeguard Surf Instructors, and you can visit Manini'owali Beach. You can also visit the Mauna Kea Summit, and if you are interested in learning the history of Hawaii, you can tour Hulihe'e Palace, the home of Hawaii's monarchy. There are also nightly luaus and other nighttime activities for you to enjoy.
