I could not get the wifi to work..i turned on the United wifi..it showed i was conected..but it never worked..the plane was completely filled..and they didnt seem to want to bothered with helping with the wifi..but other than that they we super nice
the flight attendants- were amazing and so kind and the check in folks
The weather was horrendous but the staff was great I was 2+ hours late arriving to my destination. Could have been worse but the AA folks were patient and helpful
Seats were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE due to the headrest, it forces the spine into an awkward forward curve, a removable pad would be great!
I loved flying United!
One of my flights was an older cramped plane the other one was a much newer one with great legroom
If you are above 6' you will have to stay low this is a very small jet and with very small seats!
After not flying for a while this was a welcomed surprise. The staff allowed us to sit together and the bucket seats made for a comfortable experience.
Very good flight
Excellent boarding staff. Brandon was phenomenal. Flight attendants were also great.
Good on AA for putting passes in Apple Wallet. Bad on AA for pass scanners that won't scan an Apple watch on my wrist - have your pass ready on your phone.
