On time departures and arrivals, plenty of seats to choose from! Fast deplaning!
On time was important
The pilot originally assigned to the flight was delayed and never arrived. Another pilot filled in, apologizing for the delay which was not his fault. He and the flight attendant were very caring and professional.
WiFi onboard was spotty; couldn’t really get work done.
Stagf helpful snd nice
I don't like the baggage fees.
On time departure and super fast luggage pick up
Clean modern plane was nice.
I disliked that American sat all babies and young kids together. We were in the very back and had a noisy, cranky flight. I wish they hadn’t put us in the back with babies.
Smooth red eye flight.
Super. Flight all the wayThank you
Not happy with the LAX United unclear baggage check. Already paid for bags and had mobile boarding. Still had to stop at kiosk For tags but that was not clearly communicated and confusing
