The flight was rather warm, and there were no personal fans
My original seats from row 6 we were moved to row 23. I did not like that.
Air Italy is one of the best Airlines I have ever flown. Great service, delicious food, wonderful staff. A hundred times better than United
Expect a packed flight and ask for specific seats if you want to avoid being squeezed in the middle seat.
We d like to kindly thank amazing team great prompt service Super friendly to kids Accommodating Mild wait due to heavy traveling traffic
Very tight seats, worse than low-cost short flights.
The flight was 3 hours late. I was not happy about that.
Besides the random of change of gates, the staff was friendly and attended to each of our questions.
To have to pay for seat if check in down online is bad! And for the first suitcase! At least when one pays 1000$ ticket. With low fair is ok. But this way is NOT!
Overlooking the southern plains of Italy s Lombard region, Bergamo features an Upper Town with its medieval architecture and a Lower Town bustling with contemporary amenities. Nestled in the foothills of the Alps, Bergamo has a rich legacy of art and history, particularly during the Italian reunification when it earned the moniker City of the Thousand. Visitors who fly to Bergamo can enjoy cafe-lined squares and tour museums dedicated to art, science and culture.
Surrounded by 16th-century Venetian walls, the Upper Town forms the historic heart of the city. It is home to the 14th-century Visigoth Citadel, the Palazzo della Ragione and the 12th-century Basilica of Saint Mary Major. The Upper Town is the backdrop of the Caffi Natural Science Museum and the Bergamo Botanical Garden. The Lower Town is the setting for the Via 20 Settembre shopping district and the Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art.
Il Caravaggio International Airport (BGY) is located approximately 3 miles southeast of Bergamo. A discount Bergamo Card covers travel on public transportation as well as entry into museums and special events. You can ride the funicular cable railway to travel between the two pedestrian-friendly sections of the city. Bergamo s humid, subtropical climate produces average summer highs in the 80s and winter lows are just below freezing.
