Great flight uncomfortable seats, awesome movie selection which makes the flight bearable
The crew was amazing. My heartfelt thanks to the pilots, crew, and ground personnel for Bein so professional and for getting us home safely. I am truly grateful and hope that the team stays safe and healthy. I have never been so happy to arrive in Vienna. Thanks a million Vueling!
Unfortunately both of TVs were broken and WI FI was so week - couldn’t use it for nothing
It was just okay. Food was okay. Line was okay. Seat was okay. Compared to my other 2 legs on my trip, this flight just didn’t impress
Could use charging outlets next to seats
Service was as expected, very please.
The check-in lines & waiting we’re horrendous
The cabin crew were amazing. Professional, helpful, and friendly. They made it the most enjoyable flight I’ve had in years! Thank you!
Good airline, good service, on time departure, no complaints, highly recommend this airline to other passengers.
GREAT customer service.
Austrian Airlines is lovely
The seats were so close I couldn’t sit without having to cross or fold my legs to fit. This was somewhat okay for a 1.5 hour flight but would have been very uncomfortable on a longer flight.
The Barcelona International Airport (BCN) is where most flights to Barcelona arrive. It is located 8 miles southwest of Barcelona. Two smaller airports, Girona-Costa Brava Airport (GRO) and Reus Airport (REU), bring local flights to Barcelona. You will find fast, easy ground transportation at BCN and many cash machines. To pass the time, there are plenty of specialty shops in each of the two terminals where you can get snacks and sweets while waiting for Barcelona flights. You can take the airport shuttle bus to get you between the two terminals since it takes about a half-hour. As with all international airports, you can easily exchange currency here before continuing to your destination. You can find tourist information at the kiosk which is located next to arrivals in Terminal 1.
Flights to Barcelona take you to the heart of Mediterranean life. The winters are mild and humid and the summers are hot and dry, making it the perfect holiday spot year-round. Summer is from May to October and April and November are known to have unpredictable temperature ranges. You can plan Barcelona flights any time since severe weather is not common in this area. Snow is rare; however, thunderstorms do occasionally become severe. December and January are the festive months to visit with leaves changing color on the trees. The best months to visit are from the end of May to July.
You can hire a car from an agency at the airport or take the C2 train service. City buses also run out to the airport along with the airport transport bus. Once you have arrived in the city, you have several options for getting around. You can take the underground metro that has a low fare option, or taxis which are also more affordable than in many other areas of the world. You can hire a car even though it is not recommended unless you will be traveling outside the city. The bus system is clean and cheap for traveling within the city, but walking is still the best way to see things personally.
You will not be bored in one of the Mediterranean’s busiest and culturally vibrant places
Blessed with a mild Mediterranean climate, Barcelona is ripe any time of year. The Barcelona “brand” holds such a high tourist ranking that the city gets a steady stream of visitors year-round. The optimal times to visit are spring (May and June) and fall (September and October), with clear, sunny days and breezy afternoons that are perfect for strolling or biking around the city.
Summers are long, hot, and humid, but the sea offers the option for a quick reprieve. This period also happens to be the peak of the tourist season, when you’ll encounter the longest lines and biggest crowds. In August, however, locals typically leave the city and many restaurants and shops shut down, to the detriment of local flavor.
Winters are rainy and crisp, but the tourist crowds thin and hotel rates drop.
