Perfect flight

Mar 16, 2020

Appreciated that our connecting flight was already rescheduled and ready to go for us when our first leg was late arriving at our connecting airport.

Need to offer more upgrades features

Mar 15, 2020

I had to get a last minute flight and even though the ticket was priced higher, I went with United. The counter person gave me Premium Economy and checked my carry on bag. Great staff. I will fly with United, and use my United Visa, more often now. Thank you, Diane Hamou

Nothing special either way; the one thing I did like was the very detailed information we got from the pilot about scheduling. We received announcements on both legs of the trip; seems like a new policy and a good one

Mar 13, 2020

There was not much time to get through customs and on to my connecting flight in Washington my checked bag didn't make it on my plane, but will be arriving on a later flight. However, United Airlines is delivering it personally to my home later today and that is GREAT!! I really appreciate this helpful service.

Food in first class was terrible

Mar 13, 2020

Could not use wifi on plane

Mar 13, 2020

OK flight. Everything functioned as expected. No high or low lights though.

Mar 11, 2020

Special thank you to the flight attendant who helped tighten the install on my 4 year old’s car seat! She helped me feel at ease and was so sweet, one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had traveling with a child. Thank you!

Mar 11, 2020

Best ever I loved the rare event of empty planes instead of being packed like sardines due to virus fears. The staff was very friendly and helful they did not appear tired or frustrated with their job

Baltimore When to Go

Like the rest of its neighbors along the Eastern Seaboard, Baltimore sees all four seasons. The heat and humidity of July and August can make you melt, but the breezes off the Chesapeake are that much more welcome. This is high season, when you can catch an Orioles baseball game at vibrant Camden Yards, or take a boat tour of the Inner Harbor.

Spring is a great time to visit. In May you can party with the locals when the Preakness Stakes, the second stop of horse racing’s Triple Crown, hits Pimlico track north of the city. The long Memorial Day weekend brings Baltimore to life with music, festivals, and a long list of outdoor activities.

The beginning of autumn also offers agreeable weather. Watch the leaves on the trees begin to change as you stroll along the Inner Harbor and taste the salty air from the Chesapeake Bay. Or take in a Ravens football game at M&T Bank Stadium. Free Fall Baltimore, a festival of hundreds of free live art and cultural performances, runs the month of October.

Winter is cold here, with nights sometimes in the single digits. Snows come occasionally, especially for inland suburbs.
