Love the style and class of this hotel! It’s absolutely beautiful!!!

The hotel was beautiful and very close to many restaurants that are walking distance. The staff was excellent and so courteous. The staff always had masks on, but guests weren’t required to wear masks in the common areas.

Nice old hotel, the room smelled and was smaller than most. It is overpriced for what you get. The Valet was great other then that the service was below average. No breakfast outlet, hard to figure out room service and hidden fees.... I travel to Chatt often but will not be staying here again.

Well maintained and secure property for an old but revitalized downtown. All staff members were friendly and cheerful. Just a great stay at a nicely kept hotel.

This was the most amazing hotel ever. Took me back in time with the music, decorations, etc. The pool was beautiful, the rooms were clean and neat. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had.

Bar and lobby have fun, classic feel. My room in the “Manor” was Days in quality, but I was paying for fun classic. Do, a mismatch there. I didn’t see the tower rooms. Staff were all very nice. Just a bit disorganized. Especially the valet parking crew. They got overwhelmed at checkout time, but no other staff jumped in to help. Also, the patrons were so rude to the poor guys. I wish a manager had come put to help the guys and sort out the angry guests.

Enjoyed our stay at The Read House. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

We loved every minute of our stay!! Loved the decor, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

It's historical building, services was good and friendly

Restored hotel located a few blocks from the aquarium. With the city's free electric shuttle the hotel is within great distance to everything downtown Chattanooga has to offer. The vintage hotel setting is great for a couple get-away as it is romantic and quiet. The staff and amenities were excellent. Great place to stay, we will be back!

The hotel was beautiful and the location was awesome! We ordered room service one morning and the food delivery was within excellent timing. The only minor issue we had was that the parking available is valet and sometimes it was a longer wait for our vehicle. Other than that, you will enjoy your stay!

very nice downtown area, beautiful city and area of Tennessee

I was able to bring my small dog (for a fee) and they upgraded my room to a suite. Room service was great! Thank you for a safe, clean stay!

The Read House is a beautiful hotel. Our room was spotless and the staff were some of the most helpful and courteous people we have come across in all of our travels. Even though it is downtown, our room was very quiet. We also dined at Bridgeman's Chophouse inside the hotel. Quite possibly the best meal I've had in years. 10 out of 10 all around.

Great location, loved the decor, and efficient front desk. The valet is a huge problem, took way too long and rhere is no self park.

the tour of room 311, was awesome! The room was clean and so was hotel.

The Read House was a very cool, affordable, and enjoyable place to stay. The room was very clean and simple yet very nice. The location was also great.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the room you booked and with the situation with valet. We are working out the kinks with the new valet company. Thank you for mentioning our staff. We hope you'll give us another try in the future.
