This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. We picked this brand expecting it to be clean. The pool and weight room wete not open, which was ok but we were not made aware of this prior to arrival. The elevator carpeting was horribly dirty 😳 and the elevator wasn't working properly.

Staff tried to make overcome the property deficiencies but pool and exercise room out of service and old building needing alot of renovations is hard it make a good stay. It was much worse than pictures online and not worth the price paid. Has impacted my future stay with Radisson properties if they allow such standards.

Started out a little rough. We were given a room that had people in it. Talk about awkward….and honestly could’ve been very bad had the man and child I walked in on were nice and understanding. We were relocated to a different room that wasn’t like the one I booked but at that point I was just hoping no one would be in there. The first night there were no lights on outside…very dark and unsafe. However the last two nights we were there everything was lite outside so we felt much safer walking to and from our cars. Nice hotel, friendly staff

Only stayed for a night but it was comfortable.

Convenient location. Clean, spacious rooms

Our room was not ready nor were many. Had to wait till a room was cleaned which was not the one we asked for. There was no breakfast as listed. Some things for coffee in room not available. They were short on help. Front desk person was kind and helpful.

Loved the rooms, beds were very comfortable. Only thing wrong was fridge was dirty.

The room size was huge and you could smell how clean it was when you walked in!!!

was a nice place to stay and good staff service and very clean and very nice

Good location clean, safe, and nice breakfast. Free parking

I was very happy with our stay here. It was close to Chattanooga (10 min) close to the attractions we were interested in (Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mountain, Incline) the pics on the website are just as the room looks. We had a 2 qn bedroom separated by a little hallway that had a closet, mini fridge, microwave & the bathroom then on the other side was a living room area with tv, chair & pull out sofa. The room was clean, beds were comfy, pillows could be bigger. They were like twin bed size. No carpet, nice. The bathroom is pretty, although there’s no vent in there so black mold was on the shower ceiling area as can be seen in picture. That can & should be fixed hopefully. No view. Everything is pretty clean & updated throughout. Staff is friendly. There is a full breakfast from 6-9:30AM. It was exceptional. Choices were pulled pork, eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes, fresh waffles, cereals, oatmeal, granola bars, fruit salad, whole apples, oranges & bananas, yogurt, toast, pastries, muffins, milk, water, juice, coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa, etc. they did not skimp on breakfast! Parking is outside & uncovered. You had to scan a key card to get in side doors but not main. There’s a pool & fitness center we didn’t get to use. There’s a little store called Inn case market that you can grab some essentials. There’s a gas station & Walmart 2 min away. Cracker Barrel & Waffle House are next door. Absolutely would stay again! Just fix the mold situation in the bathrooms.

Wonderful stay! Cozy and clean! Fresh cookies were an extra treat! And the free breakfast was the best we’ve had!
