Cute place!

Price was pretty high for what you get. This hotel is only 5 years old and yet it seems pretty run down in my opinion. Our shower was not clean- pink mold in the grout. Beds were super comfy. But paying a lot of money for just a bed. Receptionists were super nice and friendly, but just not thrilled at paying so much for the bathroom to not be clean.

Great location and fun decor. The staff was lovely.

Location was perfect and staff was helpful and most friendly. Bar and food was not open so that was disappointing but the game room was available to socialize. Free coffee downstairs was a plus in the morning.

I loved the Peloton bike and the staff was exceptional. Polite, helpful, and accommodating. The location was also perfect! Stores, restaurants, drug stores, the school, and Starbucks was in easy walking distance. I had 3 issues with the hotel: beds were uncomfortable, literally everything in the hotel except the gym was closed, and the showers were a little small. I’m 6’1, and I had to bend over to wash my hair. Overall a positive experience except for the beds. I’m in an incredible amount of pain in my back, neck, and shoulders from the bed.

Significant renovation in the new style (from the old Howard Johnson's), and the common areas - although mostly off-limits at the moment - are a special touch. Room appeared well-cleaned and appointed.

Enjoyed spending time on the outdoor decks. Great views.

Although the property info in the fine print mentioned possible extra charges, I think in the interest of transparency the cost of parking ($16.00+ tax and tip which ended up raising the nightly charge by over $20) should be published.

The room was billed as having a view of the mountains, instead we had a view of the parking lot and HVAC for the building. One of the lamp shades in the room was missing. The hallways smelled musty. The Cafe ran out of some key menue items in the morning. We only received an offer to help with luggage after we provided a tip to the valet who brought our car around on our departure. Overall the rate for the room was overpriced for the condition of the facility and service.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a terrific location. Our family of four and our dog checked in late on weeknight. Our room was well appointed, bedding and mattresses great but, as we finally started to drift off to sleep we noticed the air conditioning unit sounded like a 747 at take off. The kids were already asleep so moving or maintenance wasn't an option. We had to pile every extra pillow on it we could find. Overall, great. Just give your AC unit a good listen at check-in as we wish we would have.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback regarding your recent visit. We typically get great reviews on the quality of our beds for sleep and comfort. If you would be able to provide a room that you stayed so we can investigate and see if that bed has a defect. We do look forward to opening our food and beverage operations up in the spring based on the recommendations from the CDC and the restrictions from the local & federal goverment.
