Staff were excellent Checked in to a suite where the toilet still had excrement floating and stuck to the outer seat They immediately changed our room. The bathrooms are disgusting. One would think they would take extra cleaning methods but dirt in the shower door panels and tiles is not acceptable.

For an 11-year-old property, I thought it looked brand new. Everything was very clean and the staff was helpful. The downside is parking. It's really valeted only at $30 a night. You can park across the street if you dare. We were there when the place was very light on guest count, I cant imagine the load/unload at that tiny valet counter which is on the up ramp to the garage during a busy season, or when a Hornets game is playing. Hyatt needs to buy the lot adjacent to them and use that as self parking.

It looks nice in pics. It’s not next to anything. Walk to everything 5 min plus. They would clean our room. Cops were there one night to remove a vagrant. Bar closes at 9pm. Gift shop is literally a laugh. And this morning the valet guy fell asleep. I would never go back

Spacious room

Our stay was pretty good! All of the staff was nice from the moment we got there until we left. Our room was clean, BUT I will say there was a loud noise but I’m thinking it was the heater (not really sure). We only paid it attention at night of course. Didn’t bother us tooo much but there was a noise lol. Another minor issue we had was the valet. I believe the first day we got there it was only one guy and I heard that he was new, so calling down to have car ready was pointless. Still had to wait a while we came down and there was a bunch of people waiting as well. No big deal but was kind of an inconvenience. The next day there were like 3 workers at a time so it went by fairly quick, but we didn’t call ahead of time after that first time of us trying. But for an overall stay, everything was good! Would stay there again.

Great room that was literally like a full apartment, with all kitchen amenities, living room area, and amazing downtown view. Staying downtown can be a bit loud (street sounds), but that's to be expected anywhere. But excellent hotel experience and definitely would/will stay here again.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Location was great and hotel was easily accessible.

The pictures are incredibly misleading. Our room looks nothing like the rooms in the pictures and the pool area is tiny and looks nothing like the picture. I feel like I’m in a completely different hotel that Should not cost anywhere near what I paid.

We went to an event at the Spectrum Center and this hotel is literally right next door. Could not be any more convenient!

Modern, good location, parking is a problem though

The whole services was excellent. I want to plan another trip there and stay at the same hotel

The service was excellent. The room and the elevator was very warm. Didn't really like that but everything was good

This hotel is beautiful great location the staff is amazing I can’t wait to be back

Great location. Dez at breakfast was great, accommodating and super friendly. We had a beautiful corner suite.

Great Hotel. Great Staff. Great Location. Right In The Middle Of Uptown Charlotte!

Right Next Door To The Spectrum Center. Great Location. Right In The Middle Of Uptown Charlotte. Friendly Staff, Nice Views!
