Room was very spacious and very quiet.

The view was great. The room was very clean except the bath tub was filled with 3 inches of water. There was no mini fridge or microwave. The restaurant is temporarily closed on top

convenient as it is downtown, and our event was upstairs in their restaurant area that has a wonderful view. Beware, their drinks are very expensive: $16 for a glass of wine and $18 for a scotch ($3 upcharge if you want it neat!!!) you have to pay for parking $12/night, which you can have added to your room but the cards they gave us ended up not working at the ramp which caused a delay and annoyance which they didn't bother apologizing for. They just implied we didn't know how to run the cards properly.

Very nice facilities and great staff. The only complaint was that the bathroom floor, which was finished with tile was always I’ve cold like the space below was unheated. There was a heating unit in the bath, but it didn’t seem to work.

We wanted a roll-away bed for our daughter (the beds are small), but they could not do this because it is a fire hazard. As I have never heard of a roll-away bed causing a fire, I was mystified. The room is large, so I cannot conceive of how it would be an obstruction. The staff was not really helpful, and had no alternative.

The staff was exceptional, from the welcome to my checkout. Excellent stay!

Great location. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Standard experience.

Very helpful hotel staff. Good, central location where you can walk to restaurants and wine bars. Hotel restaurant breakfast is good, albeit pricy for their breakfast buffet ($16-17), sans beverage. Their dining room seating needs updating as most had worn spots on one side (see picture).

Was there for a dance competition & Had a great time. was convenient for the competition & food & entertainment for the kids!!

Hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything you need downtown.

In town due to a death in the family. Booked my room late needing a good night's rest. Checked in late. Arrived in room that smelled terribly of smoke. Assumed I had mistakenly been given a smoking room. Too late & too tired to complain that evening. Next morning at checkout I made the front desk staff aware of the condition of my room. They responded that they don't have any smoking rooms and they would let the maid service aware. Hmmm... underwhelming customer care :(

The hotel was comfortable with a decent restaurant/bar that has great service. There is a pool but no hot tub. The exercise facility was well equipped. Hotel staff was very helpful with parking vouchers.

Very nice hotel, bed comfortable, clean. Staff pleasant and very nice.

Very friendly staff! Great place to relax and have a drink while looking over the city!
