I just love this place, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s so cool, the bar/restaurant is gorgeous with good food, there are plenty of sitting areas to hang out, it’s walkable to a million restaurants, breakfast is delicious. It has so much character and is a treat to go there. Only downside is the rooms are really old, but it doesn’t matter, really.

Walking to town.

Love that it is a repurposed building. Great staff and good breakfast.

The rooms are not sound proof. Walls are very thin and you could hear the toilet flush or shower from next room.

The room was incredibly loud. When anyone upstairs took a shower, a huge rushing sound filled the room. It wasn’t typical bathroom noise that can filter into hotels with thin walls. It was loud enough that we had to shout to be heard. When I complained, I was told that since we were near the mechanical room, it was the sound of water being pumped upstairs. When I said I thought the noise was unacceptable, I was told it wasn’t a problem because “when people stop taking their showers, the noise will stop.” They didn’t even offer earplugs. About 11:30, it quieted down, then it started up again at 5:30.

The directions to the rooms could be a little more clearly marked for first time guests; but, otherwise an excellent hotel. Everyone was very friendly.

breakfast was great, most accommodating breakfast hosts, great job. location is awesome, very convenient. also, big thumbs up for the shuttle service, the roman chariot. know it's provided by the city of rome, but that was great to have , especially for my elderly parents.shout out to bill our driver

Location..parking...staff...all were very good. The breakfast was outstanding...excellent variety, so clean and nicely displayed and the hot food was very fresh and delicious. I usually don’t eat hotel breakfast...but my husband checked it out and said I should. Just a great experience...! Planning to return soon!

We have stayed here several times when visiting Rome. It is a beautifully refitted former factory that is now a boutique hotel. It is centrally located and you can walk over to Broad Street, the parks, and river. If you are guests you can borrow cute bikes and helmets to see the area. Free and ample parking in the back.

Beautiful atrium! Great bar inside! Friendly staff!

Everything an urban hotel experience should be. Fantastic old building with a modern and respectful renovation. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. A very comfortable stay. My only gripe is that I could not get wifi, otherwise this would be 5 stars all the way.

Hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. They treated us like we were regulars!!

Not a cookie cutter hotel. Very unique. Very nice.

Beautiful room overlooking the river in Rome. The hotel staff were all wonderful! Our room was very clean. My only complaint is that the rooms are noisy. The outside doors seem more light weight than most hotel rooms so noise travels easily. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!

The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable. I love the authentic look of the entire hotel. The staff is fun and pleasant. By far my favorite hotel!

Wonderful historic hotel in downtown Rome. Great location, wonderful staff, and great breakfast.

In town for a concert at the Forum.Very convenient location to restaurants and entertainment.

Our family of three had a queen suite with our teen son on the pull out sofa. Room was clean, hotel had great character, breakfast was filling, and located a couple minutes from restaurants and shops. Only down side was paper thin walls and neighbors up at 5 am in full conversation mode.

Very comfortable and great location. The room was clean and nice.
