Just perfect and very friendly! And Michaels breakfast was the best we had so far in the states :-)

Lovely B&B with amazing ocean view, service, and atmosphere! I will definitely stay here again during my next visit.

Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Great food. Helpful staff.

I flew to the Big Island from Oahu for two days to take a break from work and decided to find a quiet place outside of Kona. I checked in around 4pm and one of the staff members greeted me and showed me around their property. I went to get a massage, ate dinner in Kona and came back around 9pm to rest. It was the best sleep I have had in months! Breakfast started at 6:30am but I didn't come down until 8:00am. There was plenty food left so I had a cup of fresh mango juice, banana pancakes, bacon and fruit. Definitely coming back to this place when I get a chance to get away again!

I hope they are still affordable the next time I plan a Big Island trip. Ka'awa Loa plantation has stunning views and is run by friendly people. Much of the breakfast food - coffee, papayas, etc. - is grown on the premises. I felt like I had found a peaceful and beautiful sanctuary; it was a great place to kick off my vacation on the big island.

Anne makes a wonderful breakfast with great view on the Lanai Great mountain shower after 2 steps snorkel. Print the directions from their website only, some other maps and websites are confusing or wrong Verrrry clean and quiet, even the hardwood floors don't creak at night
